Stayed Aug 22, 2025This house was perfectly appointed, very well maintained and adorably updated. The hosts respond instantly to any questions and the location is just .8 of a mile from campus, easily walkable to UVA as well as to restaurants. Its on a quiet street that is not frequented at all and directly on the city walking loop path. We were there for an extended stay so utilized all the kitchen had to offer and it was well appointed to cook all meals. We will definitely be returning when we visit UVA next.

Stayed May 23, 2025House is convenient to central Charlottesville, very clean and well kept. Check in and check out were smooth. Perfect for a small family to join the larger group for celebrations and retreat back to a quiet space for rest between events.

Stayed May 1, 2025This cute property is well maintained, and very clean. We didn’t cook while there, but the kitchen was fully stocked with tools and dishes that would be needed. A full coffee bar and coffee maker was used every morning. Soft beds and sheets, soft towels - everything looked new and very clean. The location of the house was also great. A 10 uber ride will get you to the downtown mall area with many shops and restaurants available.
