Stayed Sep 27, 2025Location was excellent. Quality of stay was great. Would have preferred fresh sheets and duvet provided how ever that was the only down side and was written clearly on the description. Outside of that there were games to keep the kids occupied. Open plan living room space made the place ideal when you have alot of kids! Highly recommended.

Stayed Dec 10, 2024The property is in a great location near the beach and with quick access to Taupo. Kerry-Anne was very responsive and accommodating as a host. The house had everything we needed (loved the outdoor clothes drying lines!). We really enjoyed our stay in Kinloch and would return to this property.

Stayed Oct 11, 20245 adults and 2 children. Very handy to the outdoors and so much for the kids to do with a park just down the road and the lake for swimming. Very spacious, clean and Kerry-Anne was very easy to deal with. Many thanks!
