Taupo is a hot-spot activity destination, being known for its outdoor lifestyle and energy. With the town of Taupo only a 15 minute drive away, ample shops / cafes and restaurants are an easy visit. The village of Kinloch itself is delightful and offers fantastic walking tracks, mountain biking tracks, a fantastic marina, along with three restaurants and general supplies.
