This Property is located in a Private Gated Community 8 to 10 minutes away from the hussel and bussle of the tourist part of Port Aransas. A few houses down is a private pedestrian boardwalk to the sandy beach.

You will be upstairs in a relaxing 4 bedroom unit, with full kitchen and spacious living room. Home is located in a private gated community with private Beach Access only for residents and guest of the street. Sleeps 10.

The backyard has a charcoal grill, fire circle, chairs and picnic table great for enjoying evenings. Bring the whole family or all your Friends to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Close to the beach, gated community, spacious upstairs apartment. Mid way to Corpus and Port A. Monica sent a things to do or see listing. Unfortunately, we all came down with the stomach flu while there. Monica worked with us on extending the checkout time as we were sick and even dug through the garbage to help look for a blanket that was left behind and was sentimental in nature.

We stayed at this property for spring break 2024. The property was very clean and has a lot of room for a big families. Three bathrooms was definitely huge plus. The property owner get everything to make our stay great. would highly recommend this place. Five minute walk to the beach, in the private cul-de-sac.
