Summer in the Sunshine! Large yard, salt water pool-spa, billiards-ping pong

House was great. Had 12 people, more than enough room for everyone to have their space. Was clean, had what we needed to cook/grill. Pool was great, don’t think it heated to the 80s though but was comfortable enough to swim in February, so no complaints. Wish we did not have to contact host every time we wanted to use hot tub, but when used it felt good and relaxing.

The house was beautiful and Wendy was incredibly responsive to any questions we had.Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful

My family had a great time swimming in the heated pool and enjoying the sunshine in the backyard. There is an outdoor TV that we enjoyed watching football while swimming. We also had a great time playing bags on the turf grass. The whole family enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. There were so many different types of restaurants and entertainment not too far from the property. The host was great and we would stay again for sure. There were 11 of us when we stayed and there was plenty of space for everyone to hangout together and enough space where someone could take time to themselves.

Great proximity to State Farm Stadium!

Everything was amazing. The master suite will make you want to stay for weeks!

This propery was amazing our family did not want vacation to end. We had all the amenities? Games for the little kids, space for the adults and even the teenagers. Wendy was the best host ever! We will definitely be reserving this property again the next time we come visit our family in Arizona.

This property fit our group perfectly. It was clean. We loved the yard. Wendy was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The only thing that was a minor problem for us was the location. It was just a little far from all of the things we were doing on our stay. But, the house and yard was great!

3 families stayed very comfortably. Enough room for everyone. Kids ages were 6-15. Clean and comfortable beds. Host very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend

Place was everything the ad said. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved the location. Check in and check out was easy! Wendy is awesome to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property!

we had a great time with two couples and three kids, ranging in age between 9-13. Nice big back yard, great pool and plenty of room inside for at-home meals. The owner was awesome to work with the whole time. She gave great recommendations for food and was very responsive to any needs we had.

12 of us stayed at this property. Outdoor area is amazing. Wendy is a wonderful host. She communicates, is extremely responsive to questions and is very accommodating. Great location minutes fromShopping, entertainment and more. 25 mins to downtown Phoenix. We will be back.

Seven or eight senior guys have been going to Dodgers Spring Training games for the last seven years and this is by far the best property. It's in a nice neighborhood, close to the ballparks. It had big rooms, lots of bedroom/bathroom space, convenient kitchen, nice outside amenities, very clean and the covered pool table converted to ping-pong was a big hit. Wendy, the owner, was the best! Always available and helpful even though she was a few states away. In the past we have usually had trouble contacting the host but definitely a positive in this case. We hope to stay here in future years as there is no reason to look elsewhere.

The house was a perfect size for our family getaway. We loved it. I think there should have been some clarification on the listing about the pool being heated and such. But other than that, it was a lovely home and Wendy was pretty responsive.

People coming from cold loved the hot tub and then cold plunging in the pool. The ping pong and pool table were a big hit. It’s easy access to I10 for traveling. The host was easily accessible and very responsive. The coffee bar was also great so people could be making their drinks and out of the way of cooks.

Wendy was great to rent from right from the start. Very informative and instantly responsive. The property was spotlessly clean, Kitchen large and accommodating. The bedrooms are spread out and all had direct bathrooms. While we were a group of 7 we never felt crowded and had our own personal space when needed. We didn’t use the pool as it was not heated - we could have opted to heat but did not. We did use the hot tub which Wendyset on our personal schedule. We spent a lot of time in the outside sitting area with the large TV watching college football AND enjoying the sun. Location was super close to shopping, restaurants and even a casino. We definitely would recommend this property for large or medium size groups.

We found the house to be perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of room. The property was expansive and great for outside activities . The owner was extremely responsive. We enjoyed eating outside, hanging out at the hot tub, playing corn hole and watching football on the outdoor tv. The family room was roomy and the game room with table tennis and pool was great! We give this house a big thumbs up!

8 adults flew in for a weekend and a football game. Spent a lot of time in backyard on a beautiful weekend. Lots of space for us. Great communication with owner. 10-15 minute walk to Safeway was convenient to get things for the weekend. Also went to casino for an afternoon which was conveniently close. Beautiful home!

Met with some buddies for a conference and the house was super cool.

Great stay, pool was amazing. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. Had a large group and it worked perfect we would stay here again.
