Summer Dunes Lane 2- Updated Wild Dunes 5BR Home with Partial Ocean View!

Kitchen was scarce in equipment. There was no spices, salt,pepper etc. Most places we have rented had wine glasses, beach towels, and beach chairs. The house did not.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had a fantastic location with ample parking and just a short walk to the beach. There was more than enough room for our group of 10 to be comfortable. A few maintenance issues did greet us upon arrival — the garbage disposal wasn’t working and the sink drained slowly, though maintenance came the next day to fix it. The kitchen faucet handle was broken, making dishwashing and handwashing a bit difficult, and it seemed like it had been that way for some time. Aside from those items, we had a great stay and would recommend this property for its location, space, and overall convenience.

We kept the AC at 73 degrees, as directions indicated, but still had trouble with drops of water from one bedroom vent falling on the bed (and the person trying to sleep in it).

The house was less than 30 steps away from the sand, super clean on the inside and a great spot for our family's stay. Looking forward to heading back again!

Plenty of space for the family and fun to have a big seafood night with lots of table room outside on the deck and in the dining room. You have an easy walk to the beach from this home!

Great house and location. Spacious. Only recommendation would be some more bath towels/wash clothes for the many bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again. Check in and out super easy!

There is major construction next door, with workers arriving at 7:30am including Saturdays. A good cleaning, extermination and updates need to be done. We had a good experience last year, but will be looking for a new property for next year.

The house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We loved it. The only drawback I can think of was not enough bath towels. We were constantly asking “who has a towel?” And running loads of bath towels. Also, the management company didn’t reply to two emails I sent them through VRBO which was frustrating but ultimately not a huge deal. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

The pots and pans are showing some wear and tear and probably close to needing replaced. We would definitely stay in this house again.
