Stayed Aug 10, 2025Great place to enjoy all the Cape has to offer! Quiet neighborhood with a walking path around the nearby pond. The owners were available to answer questions and help if there was a problem. We have returned for a number of years and will do again next year as well!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024We have stayed here during the summer for the past four years. The place is perfect for us-lots of room, close to the beaches, near a preserve to walk the dog, a deck to sunbathe in and a quiet neighborhood. The owners are accommodating and available. We will be back next year!

Stayed Aug 26, 2023We have stayed in this home for three years now and find it a delightful spot to relax and get away from the busyness of life. The home is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, near beaches and restaurants, and has a trail with a pond right down the street. Perfect in every way!

Stayed Aug 28, 2022I was very impressed with this rental, looks even better in person! It was so roomy, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We were able to eat meals together, spent most of our time at Mayflower Beach, made burgers on the grill, went out for ice cream at the Cape Cod Creamery, watched a family movie each night on the Chromecast and ended our trip with a stop at Cuffys in West Dennis. Will definitely be back!!
