Stylish private home, 1 mile from Historic Downtown Franklin, TN

Place looks exactly like the photos super clean house! We have favorited this property.

The home was just as described. Furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Frank, the host, was very responsive and available for questions. The location is a five minute drive from downtown Franklin. It is located very near the location of the Battle of Franklin which is now a lovely park. There is plenty of room for the family inside and out.

The home was very nice clean beds comfortable Frank, the host was amazing. There is a large front yard and gated backyard. Also a river across the street. The location is perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

The host, Frank was very welcoming. We found everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Grocery store, Dicks sporting goods and downtown were all so close!We were able to visit with family who were close by too.The outdoor cat was a warm addition to our family stay.

The house is very nice. Bedrooms spacious, bathrooms both nice and great open living space. The yard is so spacious, pretty and private. The screened in porch was great. Boots the outdoor cat was so sweet! Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Franklin for a family wedding that included events in downtown Franklin and at Homestead Manor. The location of this house was perfect, as it was about 10 minutes to both events. It was very private and very quiet. There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including a screened in porch that was wonderful. It’s nicely decorated and was very clean. If we’re ever back in Franklin, we would definitely rebook this place!

We loved staying in this beautiful Franklin home. The six of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The house is extremely clean, has very comfortable beds and a great kitchen with jenair appliances. Frank was very responsive and quickly answered our questions. This is a perfect home for being located very close to wherever you need to be, but you feel like you are far away from the crowds and traffic. The home is open, with large rooms for gathering and relaxing with your people. There are several outdoor living spaces as well. The owner was quick to communicate. Don't hesitate to book.

This home was the perfect place for my mini family reunion. We needed a comfortable place to hang out, play games, and eat treats all day -- and this property fit the bill perfectly. Great communication from the host and very clean and comfortable home. Easy drive to all the best that Franklin has to offer.

Incredible house- very well maintained. Bedrooms are all great size with plenty of room. Beautiful kitchen and well appointed. Lovely outside and screened in porch areas. Frank was incredibly attentive and easy with which to work!

We loved how short the drive to Nashville was. Nice beds, nice linens, nice furniture, nice appliances. LOVED SITTING ON THE SCREENED PORCH FOR MORNING COFFEE. Would stay here every time, when we return. Manager answers all questions very quickly. Very Organized. Lots of good local restaurants. Ate at Grays, Rubys Sunrise- both good. Prices in Tennessee are much higher for everything compared to Texas.

The property is beautiful. The host is most gracious. We had a wonderful time together and relaxing at the house. The location is perfect and we will definitely be back.

Such a beautiful property!! Wow!! Frank’s property is such a great find. It’s set back from the street so you have a sense of peace and privacy from the front of the house. This is even greater when you go out back and sit by the firepit and see a living bamboo privacy wall on one side and a beautiful view of magnolia trees, an amazing barn and just scenic views in a restful place. Once inside, perfectly lovely!! Everything is higher end, clean, comfortable, and well equipped for anything you need. Plenty of lush towels, coffee pods, bathroom toiletries, even some food essentials in the cabinets! We lacked NOTHING in this place!! Although we weren’t lucky enough to actually meet Frank, he was super responsive to all communication, was willing to give suggestions if we needed anything, and was thoughtful enough to check in and see if we were good and comfortable! I have zero negative comments!! You’ll be lucky to stay here if you come to Franklin!

This place was such a great place to stay! The owner was flexible, unstressed and it's set up for conversations! Literally, perfect for our family! It's a beautiful place and I'd rent it again in heartbeat! We loved our time there!
