Stylish Palmilla house with Gulf views, 4 decks, & resort amenities

Beautiful house. Lots of levels and stairs. Bunk room and downstairs sofa bed lack privacy. So careful deciding to use them as bedrooms. One of the washers was on the blink out while stay. Thankfully, there was another. Not fixed even after reporting. Place needing major extermination. Lots of ants in kitchen. Occasional roach and moths. Beach access: definitely need good court. Too far to walk with beach gear. Pools on the property were lovely. Especially after a day on the beach. Town is fun. Great restaurants and places to get ice cream and candy. Plus your beach gear.

This home is beautiful, well taken care of, and a joy to rent! We all loved Coastal Oasis!

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the property. Despite the stairs, we found the accommodation child and family firendly. The lot is located near the guest services and the pool. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away. There are a few wasp nests on the building, but the wasps didn’t seem to care about us.

The website advertises heated pools but they were both extremely cold. There were wasps on nearly every balcony of our rental.

Beautiful home with everything we needed and not too far from the beach. Just what we were looking for.

This home is amazing! I can't say enough about this beautiful property and accommodating staff that was ready to assist with every question we had. Palmilla will always be a 1st choice when in the area!

This home was beautiful. The property was clean and stocked when we arrived. It had plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. The a/c unit worked phenomenally. I feel like when you are at beach houses/rentals the a/c never cools properly. That was not at all the case here! The appliances were easy to find and we did not feel like anything was missing. The only issue we had was with the ice maker, but the folks on site were aware of the issue already and were waiting on the piece to come in for repairs. Nothing they can do about that and we don’t hold it against them at all. The property is beautiful, the staff was exceptional and polite. The rentals were easy to reserve and access. We got a golf cart and beach chairs and umbrellas every day. Highly recommend. The property is large, so if you’re in the fence about a golf cart, definitely get one. We will absolutely return to this property and even this house again.

Everything was great! Only complaint was antpiles and alot of stickers outside. Would definitely stay again

This home is as beautiful as pictured. It has an awesome location upon entry to property and next to welcome center. The beach access is easy to reach by golf cart. The home is very kid friendly and every detail of items needed were thought of. We enjoyed our stay and would love to rent again.

Everything was perfect, golf cart rentals right next door, beach not far away, they had a coffee trailer close by, the kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and they even had a mini fridge up where the kids were staying. Plenty of room and all very clean. We will be booking again for summer!

We had a great time at Coastal Oasis! The home itself is gorgeous and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals. The view of the golf course from the home was very serene. We loved the amenities at Palmilla - the pools, coffee trailer, restaurants, and golf course. We enjoyed the private boardwalk and having chairs and umbrellas on the beach for daytime relaxation and shade. We'd love to return to Palmilla in the future!

Very nice house, suitable for multiple families, well stocked and has nice golf course views

We loved the home. Lots room for the family to be together to eat and play games. The toys for the children and the high chair were great surprises. The resort was beautiful. Lots of fun things to do and close to the beach. Planning to go back next year!

We have stayed at many homes in Palmilla and this one is a new favorite! Home was super clean and fully stocked! The only things I would say that were a bummer were that Majority of the TVs did not work or were missing remotes unfortunately. The couch in the living area could use a good cleaning but overall the home was super clean and one of the best homes we have stayed at in palmilla! Would definitely rent again!

We gift each other birthday vacations and this time my fiancé gifted me this beach/ fishing vacation!!!! We usually go to the Caribbean or Mexico but this time we went to Port Aransas. Let me tell you the house we stayed in had everything we needed and more! Super clean and inviting felt like an all inclusive resort. The food at the Black Marlin was delicious. The pools were beautifully well designed and kept. Since we were there in the off season we did not get to enjoy the sw up bar but the young lady driving around the drink cart was able to supplies us with our alcoholic beverages!!! Would give you a 10 but you only go up to 5 stars!!
