Stylish House By Forsyth Park

It was a perfect house for our mini trip to Savannah! It was quiet and cozy and had everything that we needed.

The property was lovely! It was close to the historic downtown area and we were able to walk to so many different places. It was clean and homey. I would love to stay there again!

Everything was wonderful! We would be very likely to stay again location to the park is amazing!

Very clean! Nice quiet area would recommend. All amenities in the unit that would be needed and within walking distance to River front (1 mile ish) restaurants some within block or 2. 2 60 something couples and easy walking. Always felt safe.

Great little unit extremely close to Forsyth park. Only issue is the stairs but if you aren’t traveling with people who have issues with stairs then it would be no problem.

We had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The air conditioning kept worked well upstairs and downstairs. Thae information provided by the host covered everything we neede to know. Excellent location. Highly recommend!

This property was absolutely lovely. It was perfectly clear and nicely appointed. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. The location is wonderful, 1/2 block from Forsyth Park. Highly recommend.

Stylish House was perfect! Clean, comfortable, extremely well located in a lovely quiet neighborhood with easy free street parking. The host provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable, opening to a small private patio.

Everything we needed was available.The neighborhood was very quiet. The beds were great! It was a real plus to have free parking right outside. We also could walk to most tourist spots. We will be back.

Could have used a bit of additional clothing storage space (dresser etc) in the front bedroom. Overall a very enjoyable stay, it was clean and comfortable and in a great area!! Beds were also very comfortable.

We had just one night, but wished it was longer. The house is comfortable, a plus to have two ensuite bathrooms. Perfect location. Easy walk to everything, I even was able to enjoy my cup of coffee in the park.i will be back

We had a wonderful time in Savannah! The location was perfect. No more than 15 minutes from any of our locations! The walk to Forsyth Park was perfect for a run! The house was very clean and well laid out! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable house in a great location - just steps from Forsythe Park and convenient to the historic district & River Street. Easy street parking (free) right in front of the house. Fast & friendly communication. Recommend this property.

I have stayed at many VRBO rentals and this was the closest to perfect of all! The house is super cute, and super clean! It has everything you could need and more! We played games ( provided) at the big dining table in the living room at night and had a great breakfast at the cute table in the adorable kitchen. We were a group of 4 women . We had 2 in each bedroom and the fact that the beds were kings ( and so so very comfortable) was such a plus! I only have one recommendation, maybe the owner could somehow put some type of reflection on the edges of the stairs because there are black and therefore you just have to be careful. Oh and parking was never an issue, we parked within 2 feet of the front steps. I will definitely stay here next time we’re in Savannah!!

Perfect location we could walk everywhere. Loved that it was close to the beautiful Forsyth Park. The house was very clean. Having two ensuites was so nice. Street parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again.

We were 2 couples who stayed here and the place was very clean and neat. I loved that both bedrooms had King size beds and ensuite bathrooms. We could walk everywhere including to a great coffee shop at the southern end of Forsyth Park. Parking was not a problem on the street for us. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location and very clean and tidy. You will need to bring your own coffee, however.

This property was in a beautiful location! We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see and a short car ride to the river. The house was perfect for our family of 4. It was fully stocked with everything we could need and extremely comfortable. Parking was easy too. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Great place, great location. Very clean & kitchen well equipped. Beds & bedrooms wonderful. A little Maintenance needed. Showerhead in front bedroom needs replacing & bathroom fixtures in half bath downstairs & sink need a little tightening g & repair. Otherwise all great!!!!Loved it & want to book for next book festival.

Everything was perfect, it have everything you need, 3 full bathrooms in excellent condition, kitchen with a lot space, the beds very comfortable, , 200% recommended

This place was smaller than anticipated, which was fine, but it didn't feel comfortable. The decor looked like it was thrown together from sale items at TJ Maxx (there were even price tags still on an item). The linen on the bed was not comfortable. We would not stay here again.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs in Savannah and this one is a winner! We will stay here again. The location is great! 1/2 a block off Forsyth Park and on a quiet street with free parking! We walked everywhere, which is always the plan. The house was impressively set up with everything we needed and some welcomed surprises. Fully stocked kitchen, a scale to weigh food, some spices, coffee filters (and some coffee left from the previous renters) - which we paid forward. Comfortable beds. Thank you!

Had a beautiful time at this property. The townhouse is actually much more quaint and spacious than what the pictures show. Beautiful, quiet and clean neighborhood. Walked everywhere from this location. Will stay here again.

Absolutely no complaints about our stay. The property, as advertised, was stylish and immaculate. The beds were all very comfy. Parking was never an issue. The location was ideal.

Location was great. Loved being right next to Forsyth Park. Walkable for the historic district down to the water. Publix grocery store was close and walkable, but does have parking. Lots of restaurants that were walkable. Parking on the weekday when we arrived was a little challenging but within a block so certainly doable. On the weekend we parked right in front. Lots of fun and would definitely recommend and stay again

This exceeded expectations. The house is beautiful with super comfortable beds and extremely clean. It fit 5 of us easily. The location on forsythe is just perfect!! We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just as shown in the listing with incredibly comfortable beds and great clean living space. The location cannot be beat! Savannah is a great walking town and this was perfectly placed next to Forsyth Park. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go within 30 minutes and the park itself is a beautiful place to walk through. It couldn't have been any better for our stay and we would definitely stay again when we return. Thanks so much. Duncan
