With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    Great townhouse near the universities and hospital. Walk to shopping and restaurants or it's a short drive. There is a Publix supermarket a 4 min drive away. Parking was easy. House is modern and clean. 2 bedrooms with king beds were perfect for my family, plus our dog. Open living room and kitchen concept was spacious and the decor was modern and nice. Property manager was very easy to work with and communicative so it was a very smooth stay. All in all, a great property for your next visit to Charleston.

    Loved the decor, apartment was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. There were plenty of amenities and we were all very pleased to be so close to all the food and shopping just downtown. Great way to spend Thanksgiving with our family.

    Very comfy and beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood! My only complaint is that this was a bit further from the hustle and bustle of the downtown/touristy area of Charleston than I was expecting based on prior reviews. We had to take a lot of Ubers vs walking in the evenings due to the distance. If I would have had my small kids with us, it would have been too far for us. This neighborhood was VERY cute though and we did enjoy walking through it on our way to town. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for those ok with being a little farther out from Meeting/Bay streets. Perfect for those with students at the Citadel as that is a stones throw. Just wanted to leave this for those looking to be walking distance to the to tourist traps of Charleston.

    We stayed for a whole week with our 8mo and 2 dogs! It was great for our needs as we were house hunting the areas around the city. The beds were both very comfortable and cozy. The unit was very cleanly just like the photos. We would stay here again, the communication was great with Your Pad! Only downside- no full length mirrors for getting ready or a final look of your outfit. MUSC medical traffic can be a bit noisy with sirens and medical helicopters

    Location is central to King Street and a short ride over the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge to get to Mnt Pleasant and the beaches.

    The property is so close to MUSC, restaurants and cute neighborhoods. It was very clean and communication with property management before, during and after was exceptional! I even found a new hair salon in walking distance. I highly recommend this property.
