    We had a great experience here! The host has great communication skills with immediate answers. We felt and safe and convenient location plus the clear design it is a rental - multiple options for kitchen seating, every room had a bathroom plus an additional one off the living room. Our only concern is the house could be cleaner - every glassware we grabbed out of the cabinet was dirty in one way or another. Towels were stained plus a few other minor issues but overall it was not a huge deal. We would definitely book again

    The house is beautiful and love that all 5 bedrooms have king rooms. Thank you for also extending our check out time to 11 am!!Only constructive feedback is please get smaller and soft pillows for all the bedrooms.

    The stay and and house were great! Accommodations were great!! Only one complaint- the lack of parking. We had 2 vehicles in our party and had to park one of them a 1/2 mile away in a parking garage.

    The house was perfect for a fun girls trip to Charleston! With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it was perfect as everyone had their own space and own bathroom to get ready in! Would definitely stay again if we came back. It is right by the highway but we didn’t have any issues with noise.

    We had six adults, but the house would have had plenty of space for 8 or 10. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of glasses, dishes, etc. As mentioned in other reviews, the house sits close to a high traffic bypass. We were not disturbed by normal noises, but we were woken up by the occasional siren. The area had a couple of good breakfast restaurants, but it is about 1-2 miles from most of the shopping and restaurants that we wanted to visit. It is a very good value for the quality of the accommodations.

    PROS : Property amazing. Bedding arrangements just perfect for our party. Kitchen supplied with all required utensils Easy accesability to Meeting St where all the fun starts. Air-con cools and heating heats within 5 minutes so setting thermostat. CONS : Parking is as described - for one SUV only. More than 1 vehicle you need to park down the road under the on-ramp. As they are so close; front and rear on and off ramps can be noisy early in the mornings and early afternoons. Metal bed frames do move as you move. Upper level air-con unit is outside last bedroom so during Summer, choose front bedrooms.

    Overall, the property had five comfortable suites and a great map location, which isn’t easy to find. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. The upstairs unit was like a herd of Buffalo overhead. The combination of that and the noise from revving engines on the adjacent on-ramp made for super noisy and disrupted sleep. While the unit was generally well appointed, the parking situation is a challenge and the dining table seems undersized given the number of beds.

    This was the perfect place for our 4 couples to stay. Beautifully decorated & comfortable king beds in all the rooms with private baths. I gave a 4 star on the location only because it is located on a very busy street with lots of traffic noise. However, this should not stop you from staying here. The owners have placed white noise machines in each bedroom. No one had any trouble sleeping due to traffic. The only suggestion I would make is the 2 bedrooms with windows facing the street/parking lot lights need thicker blinds. Luckily one couple had their sleep mask with them. The other couple had a difficult time sleeping due to the brightness from the street/parking lot lights. Other than that this place is perfect.

    The property was very clean and just a really cool place. You are very close to King Street and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. I will say that there is a bit of noise from traffic and we did hear the guests staying in the property upstairs. We had a great time and would not hesitate to book a return stay. Thanks for a great weekend.

    Lovely property. The listing accurately described this 5 bed/ 5 bath. Clean and well maintained. Only draw back is highway noise as property is very close to a major thoroughfare. If you want to sit on the porch this could be a deterent. Nevertheless the interior and proximity to downtown rated this a 5.
