Spacious bedrooms, amazing location, and extra details like the pack and play and air mattress were great. Great kitchen if you feel like staying in or making breakfast.

Clean place with ample towels and toiletries. Enough to cook minor meals in the kitchen. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a corner store nearby for emergency items.

This place is a prime location to do all things Charleston but if you are sensitive to noise, this place isn’t for you. The street noise goes from 6:30-7 am until midnight. The window coverings do nothing to dampen the noise If someone is staying upstairs, you hear every footstep and it’s loud. The upstairs noise didn’t relent until way after midnight. Additionally, some of the beds feel more like you are sleeping on a box spring vs a mattress. This place does, however, have old-Charleston charm.

I do not recommend this place. As soon as we walked into the home we smelled mold. We tried to air it out and invited lots of mosquitoes into the place. We ended up checking out early as we did not find it healthy to stay and breath in mold. Consider a different place we do not recommend thisnolace

Super cute inside! Location to the action was a good walk, but I dont mind. A lot of charm in the neighborhood but I just didnt feel that it was a safe part. Also, smelt garbage and pee while on our walk which obviously doesnt reflect on the house. If you plan to cook, bring forks. Two forks for 4 king size bedrooms. We didnt plan to cook. The linens were clean and appeared to be fairly new and plenty of towels. The water pressure was minimal. It seemed clean till you look in corners and the baseboard. Front porch can use a light, (maybe not because of the mosquitos), it can also use a good pressure wash cleaning. Overall experience was a 7 out of 10.

This is a great place to stay! Close walk to King St. and easy for anything downtown. Definitely recommend!

House is at a key location, very convenient. It was clean and had all necessities to sleep, bathe and kitchen things. There was no convenient place to sit and eat or stay for drinks at the house. It was very basic. Old house in the center of Charleston needs some help with ventilation from the humidity outside. Showers need some TLC and renewal. There is not enough light in the living room.

This was by far my best VRBO experience to date and I have stayed at a bunch! The location was perfect and allowed us to walk to King St and every meal we ate (we had a lot of them). Felix and Xiao Bao were my favorite spots. Barsa was a fun tapas restaurant too. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. We plan to return in the fall when our daughters can join us.

We were visiting our family that lives in downtown Charleston. The accommodations were just what we needed. The place was spotless and parking on site. Loved the design so much I asked for some of the paint colors :) Stay here!

We had a fantastic stay in this VRBO. Wonderful location that allowed us to walk everywhere. Very clean and newly renovated. Amazing restaurants like Xiao Bao, Chez Nous and Chubby Fish are just around the corner. We liked it so much we plan to return in December!

Liked 4 king size beds, which were comfy; neighbors outdoors lights were on all night shining directly into 2 of the bdrms; kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware; master bthrm shower head had little to no water pressure and had to sit sideways to use the toilet; same with powder room; 2nd bathroom - door does not close at all; noise level was continuous and unbearable coming every night of our stay from the street and neighbors upstairs; expected some noise for J4 weekend but not at 230 in the morning; didn’t help that there was a grocery store on the corner which sells alcohol either; had only 1 assigned parking space; walls are thin and can hear everything; not ideal for families at all. Will not rent again regardless of price. Had to contact host at 215am to complain about the noise.

The best thing About this property was location!!! The rest of it went downhill. Bathrooms you have to sit sideways to use . the shower in the master bathroom literally is a sprinkle of a shower, mosquitoes and gnats in every room hundreds!!! Although it is downtown and we expected noise, there needs to be sound machines in all bedrooms because all the windows need some type of sealer the noise is very uncomfortable. Add another $$ plus for parking minimum because with the four bedroom house you get only one parking space. Very Disappointing in the property that is extremely expensive per night
