The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms feature queen beds with a shared full bath. Cozy family room has a big screen TV, games and the office has queen pull-out sofa. Outdoor shower for cleaning off sand when you return from the beach, fire-pit and plenty of space to lounge or dine outside with friends and family.

The house is 2,000 square foot Duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry downstairs. Upstairs is the living room, kitchen, office with a queen size sleeper sofa (perfect for kids) and dining room with deck and BBQ.
