Stunning views, highly upgraded, private pool !

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Ken is a fantastic host. He is generous, helpful with tips for the area and always responded to my messages within a few minutes. The location is hard to beat, with views of the Golf course (the Tee box of a Par 3 hole over a lake is right in front of the house, which was quite entertaining :-) and of the beautiful mountains in the background.To get to the Westin Golf Resort and Driving Range we were allowed to use their electric golf cart which was very convenient. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes away, and within 10 - 15 minutes you reach many hiking trails, Golf courses and El Paseo with tons of shops and restaurants. The house is well renovated, spacious and very clean (which the owners would like to keep that way with a set of common sense house rules). The house has 2 Master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (with the A/C being more audible in the downstairs bedroom).The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, a gas range and a Keurig coffee machine. There is a 5G Wifi with great reception throughout the house and patio. The owners allowed you to use their printer as well, which came in handy occasionally.The grounds and pool are well taken care of by regular maintenance service. There are 2 bigger pools for the neighborhood within 100 feet, too.This was our third stay in the area, and this house clearly offered the best match for our needs. We hope to be able to return one day!

A truly exceptional home with extremely helpful and thoughtful hosts. Can’t thank Ken and Trisha enough — they were great to work with and super responsive. Incredible location on a par 3 tee box for those who enjoy watching golfers go by. Great heated pool. Immaculate kitchen with everything you need (sharp knives, vitamix, pots/pans, etc.). Beds are comfortable and A/C works great. My wife and I stayed here a month during the pandemic and can’t wait to be back. For the golfers — Ken left his cart for me to use and it was a 3-5 minute ride within the community to the Mission Hills Pete Dye course and range. Plenty of other great courses nearby, too. 11 out of 10.

Rented this Mission Hills villa for the month of February. The villa is great and the pictures on the website are very accurate. It’s recently renovated and everything is new. The location is special with fantastic views of the golf course, water, mountains and sunsets. The inside is very well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable. For entertainment the living room and master bedroom each have big screen TVs. The LR TV has a DVR to record programs. The WiFi is strong and we could be online while enjoying the outside pool area. The villa was well stocked with bath and pool towels, and there was a good supply of paper towels, trash bags, etc. The washer and dryer are new and the air conditioning system also new; ie quiet and easy to set perfect temps. In addition the owners allowed us to use their golf cart. We met the owners when we arrived and they are wonderful people. Communication with them was easy and helpful. Great place!
