Stunning Skydeck. Hot Tub. Walk to 2 Beaches, Rec Center, Bluff Trail and Lodge.

We rented this property because of the 1st photo. While our stay was enjoyable and the house is nice, the photo is deceptive. This view simply does not exist from the house. The deck looks out on the meadow - lovely, but not the view in the photo. Another small issue was that the tile was broken by the washer and covered with a rug. Things happen, but I would have preferred a warning about this potential trip hazard. The house is comfortable and the host was great but renters should know they will not be sitting on a deck viewing the ocean.

Great Property. Everything is very organized and labeled so it makes it easy to navigate the rental. The outdoor space is lovely. The sky deck is a great place to have coffee in the morning. Water views from each bedroom. The living room has a wall of windows so you can watch the deer. Keith was very thoughtful about pets and has towels by the back door if their paws get wet. Great location would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Keith the host was great and helped me with my user error on operating the electronic keypad front door lock. He even texted later during our stay to make sure everything was OK. It was! We found the house kitchen to be unusually well-equipped for a vacation rental and clear directions were posted at the point of use for devices/appliances, and a helpful notebook of tips, instructions, etc. was also provided. Loved the roof deck. We brought old towels and sheets to dry dog and prevent tracking in sand, but a stack of old towels and sheets also was supplied for guests with pet who may not have thought to bring their own.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sea Ranch home. Although the weather during our visit was quite rainy, the house itself was incredibly cozy and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time indoors. The kitchen was very well equipped, the living room was inviting with a great fireplace, and the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of coastal weather.When the skies cleared, we were able to fully appreciate the property’s outdoor spaces. The roof deck is fantastic — with beautiful ocean views — and the home’s location provided easy access to the miles of well-maintained Sea Ranch trails. We loved being able to walk along the bluff and take in the scenery.Communication with the owner was excellent. During a storm-related power outage, they reached out proactively to let us know what was happening and provided helpful guidance so we could remain comfortable until power was restored. That level of care was much appreciated.Overall, this home is thoughtfully appointed and well cared for, with everything needed for a comfortable and restorative stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. We love Sea Ranch, and this home was a wonderful place to experience it.

Amenities are fantastic and well-labeled, host is very communicative and kind.

We’ve stayed at this property several times. We love the location - easy walk to the bluff walking trail. It’s cozy and has a very well-stocked kitchen. Now there is a rooftop deck with beautiful views. It feels like a home away from home for us!

Very nice house. Had a very difficult time and could not watch movies or hook up my lap top to WIFI - Did not want to bother Keith, did not know if he lived close.

Have stayed at this home several times & enjoyed it every time. It is our go to place in Sea Ranch holidays now.

Perfect home to enjoy the deck or walking the Bluff Trail and exploring Sea Ranch. Nice walk to the Black Point and Pebble Beaches. The home is very comfy and quiet - perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean and nature!

This is a lovely home in a fantastic setting. The house inside and out was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches and walking trails, but if you never left, you’d still feel the effects of being in the middle of an unusually beautiful natural environment. From inside, we saw deer, a fox, jackrabbits and multiple varieties of birds through one of the many well placed windows.

The check in is seamless. The kitchen is nicely appointed. This property has a Keurig machine (so bring be sure to bring pods if you want (it also has a drip machine and a grinder so beans work too). THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL, WELL ORGANIZED AND VERY COMFORTABLE.

This place was an absolute gem. Located on a quiet street and close to the trails. The house has everything one might need and then some. The outside space was perfect for the morning cup of coffee and the evening glass of wine. The kitchen will well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for sharing this place. We hope to rent it again.

For anyone who has stayed at Sea Ranch over the years, they know how in earlier times owners who rented their homes treated their guests like, well guests. Well appointed kitches with fresh spices & all the right stuff, super clean and organized and welcoming. This was that kind of place. There were even robes in the closet. Wonderful.

Great house and location. Great 2 bedroom with a bathroom connected to each bedroom. Great meadow views in the back of house and ocean views out the front. House was well stocked with everything for a great VRBO experience.

We stayed at the house this past weekend and could not have been more pleased with the property! The house was exactly what we had expected and the location was amazing! The kitchen was complete with everything needed and we cooked all our meals there during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find at so many places! We enjoyed having the wide choice of streaming services available and we enjoyed using the hot tub multiple times during our stay! We will plan to stay here again on return trips to the Coast!

Comfortable, great location and well executed from all aspects; clean, accommodating and logistics.

The location is a ten minute walk to the coast trail which was great. The outside deck area was wonderful and we spent every afternoon here. The updated kitchen worked well. Everything was labeled and detailed instructions were everywhere. The house does need a deep cleaning as everything was very dusty and we had reactions to it.

This is our second time at this property. It’s clean, well-located, and comfortable. I particularly liked the short explanations posted at key spots informing visitors why following instructions is beneficial for everyone.

We love Sea Ranch and this place was as wonderful as the setting. The check-in process was very easy (a lockbox at the door vs having to drive to the office in Gualala as some other houses require). The deck faces the meadow and hills in the back, which is lovely, and there is a small side deck with a peek of the ocean. The home is clean, warm, light, and cozy with all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed here before and loved it, bringing our dogs. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. This time the host arranged terrific weather! Thank you. The house itself is very well equipped and maintained. The host has thought of everything---even has an emergence backup coffee maker.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Sea Ranch house with our dogs. The owner is extremely thorough with info and has outfitted the house with all that one might need, with well appointed kitchen, fast internet, Smart TV's , wood for fireplace , and an abundance of little notes around the house explaining functions and clearly directing guests as far as usage etc, The house is comfortable for those with dogs , with towels to clean their paws and sheets designated to be placed on furniture as needed provided. Everything worked great - hot tub, grill, heat, water , washer/dryer etc- and the owner was commendably prompt and clear with responses to queries. We will stay at this house again,

The house was cozy and felt like a home. It was clean and well-equiped. It had a nice view of the meadow. We have been coming to Sea Ranch for 40 years and some of the places we have stayed more recently had no character or warmth and this house had it all.

We enjoyed our stay in this very likable home. It is as advertised-set in a gorgeous coastal area. Sea Ranch has a unique vibe with nature truly at your doorstep. We hiked along the bluff trail, watched a high surf crash on the rocks and were greeted by browsing deer each morning. Excellent dining nearby. We will return.

Two older couples stayed four nights. We prepared all of our food in the well-appointed kitchen. Two large bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the nearby trails and beaches as well as cosy days reading and movie watching. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a relaxed and beautiful weekend with adult kids and their dog. The house was clean, comfortable and equipped and organized. The trails were close by. We enjoyed it very much,

Great house and location

The house was great...well supplied, clean and sunny!.....You must go to Two Fish Bakery as well.....their sticky buns and Italian sandwiches are the best.....I'm 10 pounds heavier now but they are the best!......Sea Ranch is the best!

Keith's instructions were incredibly clear and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable, and Keith had thought of just about everything -- down to old towels to use to wipe our dog's paws (the towels for humans, btw, were thick and fluffy). The ocean is nearby, and my one regret is not having had more time to enjoy the beautiful deck and its lovely flowers. We would definitely rent this house again.
