Lovely location & views. Large home that requires maintenance & updating. Photos do not represent current condition of rooms that are worn & tired. Was clean but older, dated furnishings were very disappointing. Communication with rental agency was good.

Our group of ten was able to spread out with comfort and privacy and there was room for family members, who live nearby, to join us in the spacious common areas. We found the amenities as advertised and would rent it again for future gatherings.

Plenty of room, all the baby accececories we needed, cooking utensils etc. The water wasn’t filtered I reached out to Miriam and within a few hours they delivered a brand new Britta filter! Everything was spotless, even the windows. I would definitely go back!

Every possible cooking utensil, anything needed to cook or BBQ is available. Afgans for snuggling on the 3 couches. Games and puzzles, lots and lots of books. Boogy boards, sand chairs, movable firepit, firewood, and they even left us the makings for smores as well as 2 bottles of great wine.And the linens....the sheets are as soft as butter, the towels hugely thick and soft-pristine white. Beds so comfortable,my grandson said he wanted to take the bunk bed home with him it was so comfortable. Worth every $$$. Love, Love, Love this home !!!

This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding. Beautiful beachfront property; awesome views, perfect for relaxing and exploring before and after the big event. Property management communicated clearly throughout the booking process. The first day of our stay the hot water went out. Property management resolved the issue very quickly and checked back the next day to make sure everything was still operating properly.

We recently took a short vacation with the kids to soak up some sunshine before winter sets in at home, and it was just what we needed! The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beach right in front of the house was a little rocky, and we had to time our beach visits according to the tides. During high tide, there isn’t beach access, but at low tide, the sandy shore opened up and we could fully enjoy the waves. There was also a sand bar that ran along the length of the beach, which was perfect for the kids to explore and bodyboard without it being too deep. Even our 5-year-old had a blast out in the waves! There was plenty to discover around the area, and the sound of the waves crashing at night made for the perfect, natural white noise—so relaxing! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and definitely hope to return soon!

It’s great to stay at a place with such good security that one never considers locking the doors. We really appreciated the new TV sets that have been added throughout the property. Beautiful home. I didn’t want to sleep our last night just so I could hear the waves. Beautiful views! Friendly helpful people. Only thing I would change would be repair the lower deck, check HVac and clean grout. We realize there is wear and tear on a rental. We had a great time!!!!!!!!!

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this wonderful beach house – the first and most important thing is that the property managers are incredibly responsive – a text or phone call brought immediate help and they went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. We are a family of 12 and the house had the perfect amount of space for all of us. It’s right on the beach and the beach in front of the house is most useful at low tide - but our “diehard boogie boarder” was out there a lot! There is a nice sandy beach within pretty easy walking/biking distance with parking as well. The property is on a gated road, easy to get in and out and parking was excellent – 4 spaces! Lots of beach and bathing towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The area down a few steps from the deck looks usable in photos, but now wet and rocky most of the time with coastal changes. We really enjoyed the bike path along the beach. We enjoyed a big family friendly meal at Harpoon Henry’s one night and good take-out barbeque from Heritage. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking pot/pan, appliance, utensil you could need, including spices. Grill was big, plumbed into natural gas and lots of tools. The table top s’mores maker was fun in lieu of the fire pit. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, plenty of fans were available along with pack-n-play, high chair, booster seat, child’s dining ware. Actual deck area is on the smaller side, we wouldn’t have all been able to sit or dine out there, but there was plenty of seating for dining inside (with views) as well as comfortable couches for watching a family movie. Adults appreciated the nice umbrella and table outside to sit and enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine and watch the surf or the dolphins!
