Stunning Lakefront!

Everything was so nice. Just as described. We had a beautiful lake view. Easy access to lake. Wonderful back porch!

Fantastic home in a quiet area of the lake. Fishing from the dock was good. Hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to my questions. I spent one day at Little River Canyon, which is only a 20 minute drive from the house. Will definitely be back!

Such a great location on the lake. It had all the amenities we needed for a great visit with family. Check in and out was a breeze and Katie and Shane are very nice to communicate with. Would highly recommend The Blue Lake House.

We arrived looking to just stop moving, thinking, and bearing the weight of work responsibilities for a few days. Katie and Shane’s tucked away home on Lake Weiss fit the bill! The home was well furnished with fantastic views of the lake and the fall colors were amazing! Leesburg and Centre are home to very friendly and down home people. We had positive interactions with several businesses. The short drive to little river canyon preserve was well worth it, and we enjoyed a relaxing drive along the parkway,. A quick jump over to Fort Payne for a late lunch rounded out a great day. The rest of the week we spent reconnecting with nature and recharging at the lake house. Everything we needed from a home perspective was in the cabinets, kitchen, and bedrooms. Centre is just 5 mins away for all your grocery needs, and Gadsden is about a 20 minute drive for more dining options. I’m sure the lake gets busy in the spring and summer, but we only saw 3 or so boats as the weather was cool. Thank you Katie and Shane! We hope to return again!

The house is nicely decorated. The bed was a dream to sleep in. We got some of the best sleep we've had in a long time. The dock was so nice to use. Thank you so much for letting us use it. We had a great time.

We loved this house! Very clean with up to date furnishings. The outdoor deck is really nice but that dock with the swing was the best!!
