We had an issue with our original reservation and they jumped right in to accommodate us and they were wonderful to work with. Our new house was on a busier street but loved all the room it had. They supplied sound machines in each room which was wonderful. There was plenty of room for all of us to move around and visit comfortably. Loved the room downstairs because we had some guests that couldn't use the stairs.

This home had everything we needed. It was clean and well decorated and very welcoming to our pup. We were able to walk to everything and the area is definitely dog friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this VRBO. It was convenient enough to walk to many points of interest in the downtown area, while still being able to easily drive when needed. The two-story townhome was cozy and had a homey feel. Despite being on a busy road, the road noise rarely intruded on our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.The only challenges were: in the master bedroom the air conditioner vents were closed, the hallway outside had a soft spot, and the refrigerator was wildly unbalanced in its current location.

This house was so sweet and comfortable for our group of six. The location gave us easy walking through quaint neighborhoods on our way to the River District and Forsyth Park. The little courtyard in back accommodated everyone nicely. I highly recommend it.

Kitchen was fully supplied for any type of cooking and the check in/check out process was a breeze. The back yard area is a really nice bonus, even though we did not use it because of weather. We loved the location as everything was walkable or a quick and cheap ride to further destinations.

We stayed here for a week starting end of December 2024. The property is located along the busy E Broad St so the upstairs front bedroom with the master bed gets to hear all the traffic noise. As many old houses, the unit is likely poorly insulated with only one HVAC unit so when the thermostat was set to 70, the upstairs was probably 5 degrees warmer and the downstairs 5 degrees cooler. The unit was mostly clean with a few small exceptions. 1. I don't think it's in their protocol to clean out the dishwasher screener. I cleaned out a bunch of hair, some other debris and an acrylic fingernail. The property is managed by a company that has many properties in Savannah so they should probably add this in their protocol. 2. They are nice enough to provide dog treats. Unfortunately, there were in a container infested with some sort of small bugs so we had to through them out and clean the jar.Overall, the location is well-centered for a stay in Savannah being walking distance to both Forsyth Park and downtown.

Highly recommend, but because the house has no off street parking, make sure you get daily parking passes from the city ($12/day).

The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Although a bit tight, the open galley style kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The beds were comfortable and the noise machine helped dampen the sound of morning traffic in the front 2nd story bedroom. Noise was not an issue in the 1st and 2nd floor back bedrooms. We kept so busy we didn’t have time to enjoy the private, fenced patio. We were able to walk everywhere in the historic district, and only used our car twice in 7 days. On-street metered parking was convenient (paid daily via app). If you’re sensitive to smells, this 1872 home has a definite musty odor. Keeping the ceiling fans going and the air conditioning cool helped. Otherwise, the home was perfection!

We loved that the place is haunted. We had 4 experiences. . Please put a mirror in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Counter space in downstairs bathroom would be nice. The rest of the house is very nice

The house was perfectly located and allowed us to walk everywhere. The house itself was great for our group of 5, with the common area perfect for us to hang out and recharge. Would absolutely stay here again.
