Stayed Oct 31, 2022Tremendous views, terrific privacy, generally quiet (except flight path into PSP overhead which didn’t bother us but might someone), great hiking essentially outside the door, wonderful neighborhood security. We had minimal hot water for the first month which the owner had plumbers dealing with. Electrical problems which took a week to resolve and recover a full circuit not powered. Great house for entertaining but limited to 10 people maximum per HOA rules. Dogs have definitely lived in the house and the carpets look and smell like it-which again may not bother some. Wonderful spaces in the house and the outdoor pool area is peaceful and beautiful. The pool is currently not salt water and has some issues which I understand the owners are planning to correct.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home far exceeded any expectations we had. The listing description of this home and the photo's can't completely capture the true beauty and endless luxurious amenities in this spacious home. The professional kitchen was used often and had everything you needed and more. This home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and its location provides for a very private, quiet and secluded destination. Very tranquil inside and out. Located near many great restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to a return visit and absolutely recommend this property to a friend or relatives.
