Omg the pilllows were so firm and so high it was so hard to sleep. I wish we would have brought our own. Other than that everything else was very luxurious. Please get better pillows of different heights.

The house is beautiful and the perfect size for our family. We love that we can bring our dog, too! The house is beautiful, clean, and the perfect space for us. Now that the South location is built out more, we were able to enjoy the Glow Pool with the kids, a few days at the beach, an evening bonfire with friends, and even the dog park and dog bath provided for our pup! The staff at Cinnamon Shore are so attentive and professional, too. We had a beautiful week with our family and can't wait to go back. Thank you!

The AC worked wonderfully, the fridge was great, we loved the patios and the beds were so comfy!There were a few issues that I would want to know as the property owner. The toilet in the main suite on the first floor leaked water at its base every time it was flushed.When the upstairs shower was on, it leaked through the exhaust fan downstairs. All smoke alarms went off the second night.Two TVs stopped working completely halfway through our stay. It seems to be the WiFi connection but there was no way to get to the router to fix it.

We had to go buy coffee and there were no standard coffee mugs in the kitchen. Just large drinking mugs. Also no beach towels. We had to buy those too. Overall beautiful home.

The staff at Cinnamon Shore are top notch - everyone is so very polite and helpful. We had a few very small issues with broken drawers in the kid's bunk room, but they were taken care of quickly! The only complaint, which I know they heard about from everyone, were the mosquitos at the South location. They were terrible, and they were everywhere. Each time you'd open the door, 20 would fly in, and we'd be trying to quickly kill them to ensure they didn't get into the bedrooms at night. I had to mop the floor every day just to clean up the dead bugs. We were covered in bites and walking the dog was brutal! I know it's partially out of their control, but the North location was nothing like we experienced at the South location! They did spray the area twice, so by the time we left it was much better, but it was pretty bad the majority of the time we were there. I think it's due to construction in the area, so hopefully it gets better! I think a little warning about the conditions would have been nice before we checked in - we were really shocked at how bad it was. Either way...we loved it and will be back next year!

Every detail was perfect. We will 110% be back and stay at this gorgeous home!
