Stayed Jul 12, 2025We loved the home and communicating with Gretchen was easy peasy. We are a group of grandma and grandpa, parents and the kids ages 6, 9, and 12. The littles loved the bunk beds, the porch swing and the pool. We stay at VRBO’s on our annual summer vacation with this lively group and our son-in-law came up to me the first night and said, ‘Mimi, you outdid yourself, this is the best one yet!’ Grandparents loved the master being on the ground floor and the step in shower was divine. You can’t go wrong by choosing this property!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025The home is comfortable, very clean and nicely updated. Lots of thoughtful extras, like coffee, condiments and spices in the cabinet and filtered water in the fridge. The location is good, about a mile away from downtown Franklin, which would be a nice walk if it hadn't been in the middle of the hot summer! We really appreciated their flexibility as we changed our vacation dates to work with family scheduling issues. Gretchen provided clear upfront and ongoing communications and was quick to respond to our questions.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025I had three of my granddaughters and their moms with me for a fun weekend. The two older girls were celebrating February and March birthdays. One turning sweet 16. We had a really good time together. The house was perfect for us! It looked just like the pictures. Gretchen our host got back to me quickly with every question I had. Hoping to come back and stay again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Pictures look way better than the reality. Older Home with uneven floors and air conditioner that cools off main floor only. Checked out 40 min late due to a sleeping infant and was quickly given an attitude by cleaning crew and text from owner. Would not recommend nor would book again.
