Wow! Just wow!! We were impressed with everything. Ms. Paula was super responsive and she even came in introduced herself as we were unpacking the car. The pictures in the booking don’t do this place justice. It was super clean and stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. There’s a garage with enough space for two cars and then you can fit two cars in the driveway (you are only allowed to use the left garage and driveway, the right garage/driveway was for the owners who were not there when we were there). We were a little confused about the bedroom layout when we booked. You enter into the house and go immediately up the stairs to get to the main floor where there was a lovely kitchen and dining room area set up for lots of people. There was also a living room area with 3 couches. On that main floor there was a master bedroom with a full bath and another bedroom that had a door that opened up to the main floor bathroom. Continuing up the stairs on the next floor, we’re four bedrooms. The bedroom on the left had a king & single bed. The room on the right had a queen but it was the best bed in the house because it sat in the bay window and you could see the beach from the bed. The back bedroom on the left had two queen beds and the back bedroom on the right had two bunkbeds. The bunkbed shared a bathroom with the single queen bed and the two queen bed shared a bathroom with the king bed. It was a super quick walk to the beach. We loved everything!!!!!!!!!!

We had four families gather for a family birthday celebration! The location was perfect. The rooms were clean. Easy access to beach. Family friendly and host was super accommodating! If we get the opportunity, we will definitely be back!

This house was great! The location was right next to the beach literally a one minute walk away the town is super cute and also all of the restaurants and such are within walking distance. We had a group of nine teenage girls. My only feedback would be that it would have been good to have another common area upstairs so that the adults and teenagers could have somewhere to be separate, but that was just very specific to our group. I would definitely recommend this house and I would definitely return!

The owner always replied within minutes if i had a question. The house layout was perfect for the group that stayed there. Everyone was able to spread out. The elevator was very helpful with bringing up so much stuff!!

We had a large group coming to the Island for our beach wedding. The location, size, floor layout of this house was perfect!Several in our group stayed with us. & our host let us have our catered after dinner in the house. Was spacious & comfortable for all!Paula our host is very accommodating, 5 star!

Plenty of room and great location. Less than a block from beach access and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Paula was great to deal with and she was accommodating with parking when other family came from Savannah. Her restaurant suggestion of AJ’s was great.

We loved it! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The elevator is a definite plus with loading and unloading luggage! The property manager was very receptive to messages! We would definitely recommend the property!

Seaspray was the perfect choice for our group of 17! There was plenty of room for all and just a few steps to the beach! Paula was great answering any questions promptly! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place for a large group!!

Took the kids and grandkids for 6 nights. The house was plenty big and set up well for large groups. Paula was exceptionally responsive before and during our stay, keeping us informed and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was wonderful! Shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The down fall is that there is a separate apartment on the third floor, which is quite noisy when they are walking around up there. Even so, I would stay there again.
