Steps to the beach from this cozy, updated home w/ an oceanview, WiFi, fireplace

Had another wonderful stay in Rockaway Beach at this excellent beach house. Very close to the beach, nice and quiet in Rockaway. The house is very clean and comfortable. Can't wait to stay again!

Great communication from the host. Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Everything we needed for a great weekend.

We loved staying in this beach house! It was spacious, spotless, full of charm, well stocked, and in a great location near the beach with shops close by. Communication with the host was perfect.

Hosts were very responsive to a backed up sink. The house was OK, but it was dusty and dirty (we told the hosts who ) and extremely musty smelling.

Wonderful as always! A treasure on the coast.

The property is in a fantastic location. The beach is accessible in either direction. The house has a nice activity/game closet for kids and they also provided cable TV. All of the best spots in Rockaway Beach are walkable from this location as well. The kitchen was outfitted nicely and the washer/dryer worked well. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay there again.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing vacation this past week! Thank you for providing a clean, cozy, and welcoming home for our stay! We watched the sunset from the front window each evening and took advantage of the easy beach access to either side of the house! The home was well stocked and had all we needed! Thanks again for a great time and we hope to stay again next Summer!

This place was so perfect for us! Great location, excellent communication and info from property owner, and so comfortable! The house was so equipped with everything we could have needed that it got to be a joke I bet they have toothpicks, scissors, griddle, etc. ! Everything was very clean (bedding, couches, floors). Cannot say good enough about this place, we loved our stay!

Another great stay at Teresa’s beach house - my 8th I believe. She got a new fridge since last years stay and it works great. As usual, everything about the rental is exactly as described on line. Took Teresa’s advice and had lunch one day at Riverside Fish & Chips in Nehalem - really good stuff. And if you like smoked fish, check out Neahkahnie Smokehouse in Wheeler. Fabulous stuff including smoked Black Cod.

We had a wonderful visit. The property was great and so close to the water. We loved it!

We loved the proximity to the beach and so many great activities in the area! It easily and comfortably accommodated our family of 6.

The house was perfect for me and my girls. We had one hick up and the host was quick to fix it for us, even coming down off hours to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you so much!!

The house was clean, beds were comfortable. Instructions for key and WiFi instructions were easy to follow. There were fun games and puzzles, even a step stool for our 4 year old! It was within walking distance to the beach and to town. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great location and excellent value. The bed I slept in was very comfortable which is the biggest thing for me. There is only one bathroom as listed which was okay for 4 people but if there would have been 6 would have been more challenging. Adding a 1/2 bath somewhere to this place would make it phenomenal!
