Stayed Aug 25, 2025Our stay was wonderful. We’ve vacationed down the cape since we were kids so we enjoy the area. The house was really nice and deceptively spacious. There was a lot of space, plenty of lounging and seating areas. It was spotless and surprisingly sand free. The kitchen was well stocked and we did cook out on the grill. We enjoyed the hot tub and the back/side yard too. They were honest with the distance to the private beach. It was a short 5 min walk to a nice sandy beach that wasn’t crowded at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our adult daughters and highly recommend this rental.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024The property is lovely. It is tastefully decorated and well equipped with everything you need. Its proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The property even has a hot tub to relax in. We had lovely weather all week but if we had a rainy day or two there was more than ample space for games in the enclosed 4 season sunroom.

Stayed Jan 3, 2024My husband, daughter and I were very happy with the property. in fact, this house was much larger than we really needed, but due to an unforeseen issue at another property, Michelle graciously offered us this house. The views are spectacular and the house has plenty of space for larger groups. While we did not cook at the house, the oversized kitchen island was great for setting up our computers to work and would surely be ideal for cooking prep. Michelle's properties are always clean and well equipped with essentials and extras.
