Oceanview 3 bedroom modern beach home on private road. Steps lead to beach below - easy walk to Montage Resort. Spectacular whitewater, Catalina Island and Aliso Canyon Views. Close to golf course and summer trolley to downtown Laguna Beach.
The kitchen/great room is on the ground floor which opens onto a large outdoor living area (and outdoor spa) on Aliso Canyon with whitewater views. Two guest bedrooms are set in a separate wing on the ground floor. The master is located upstairs withcommanding Ocean/Catalina Island views. A 3D big screen TV with surround sound are in the second floor entertainment room.

The beach is accessed via a pedestrian bridge and stairs. The Montage Resort is a short walk with world class dining and spa facilities. Aliso Creek Golf Course is just up the canyon. A summer trolley service provides free and frequent transportation to downtown Laguna Beach area with shops, restaurants and reknowned art festivals.

We found this home to be lovely, homey and comfortable in a great location-right across the street from the beach, Montage, shopping, restaurants, and the shuttle. The neighborhood is quiet with a great private bridge across the PCH to the beach. We really had a fabulous time and wished we could have stayed longer. We would absolutely book this home again.
