Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $1000 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Parking Details:
- Parking available for up to 5 cars on-site.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    The elevator was enjoyed and very handy. Great location to beach yet still secluded. Great spaces in house. The outside porches are large and nicely furnished. All guest enjoyed the house and the location.

    This home exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable fit for our group of 8 adults 3 kids. We loved the back enclosed porch and spent lots of morning hours there - the location is just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in a very charming neighborhood and short drive from Charleston as well as neighboring Sullivan's Island. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this home!

    It was a nice home. Our family really enjoyed it. A few things that need improvements are the cleanliness of the inside and outside. Bring some pyrex containers for left overs or cut fruit. There were a few there. Bedrooms were great. There are 2 kings beds that are private and are very nice. The 3rd king bedroom isn't private. You have to walk through it to get to the bunk room. It worked for us because we put the teenagers down there and they didn't care. The two sets of washers and dryers were nice to have. Walk to the beach is short but we were there during a very hot week and it was a little rough for older people. We loved Isle of Palms and plan to go back.

    We had a lovely time on our beach vacation! The house was clean and ready for us at the appointed time. We noticed a few light bulbs were burned out in several places, ones you would not notice in the daytime, and notified our host; they were replaced for us the next morning. We loved the screened-in porch!! Location is perfect - about a block to the beach. Found that the beach access on 42nd Street was easier as we could pull our beach wagon farther on a sidewalk surface across the sand. Ample beach towels were provided. The two refrigerators (entry level and kitchen) were great for our 6 adults and 4 children needs. Definitely recommend both the beach house and the location!

    We were looking for a house for 10 adults to celebrate Memorial Day weekend, and we found a great one. Convenient location - two minute walk to the beach, and very close to Wild Dunes and the marina - yet off the main Palm Blvd heavy traffic street. Beds were all super comfortable, and kitchen / den area on main floor was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and two refrigerators and two washer/dryers made our stay really easy. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

    We had a great weekend in IOP! The interior of the house is stunning and so spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were clean. The outdoor area under the deck was not usable- it was covered in dirt and leaves but the covered deck was amazing. The bunk room is attached to the ground floor primary bedroom. Just an FYI if you are traveling with all adults.

    To be clear. The house was clean. Location was great. Beds and linens were comfortable. Here is the unclear part of the listing description. It is NOT a 5 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom with a bunk room inside a HUGE closet in 1 of the bedrooms. We have 8 adults and this became an issue when adults were cutting through the bedroom of other adults. We rented assuming all necessary parties would have a dedicated bathroom. The listing clearly states there is a separate bunk room as it s own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Untrue. It is a bunkroom in the huge closet of a 4th master bedroom using the bathroom of that bedroom. I believe a bedroom by legal standards needs to include an egress window and a closet. This has neither. It has a tiny small window at the ceiling. I would have given 5 stars for the rest of the house. I wanted others to be aware of the inaccuracy of the wording in the listing.

    This is a wonderfyl, just off the beach (2 min walk) from the wonderfyl IOP beach. The property is tucked into a very beuatifully treed neighborhood, where privacy and quiet is the norm. The house is well appointed, comfortable and affords multiple get-away areas, from master syites, to a family/game-type gathering room, large kitchen, and wonderful screened-in porch off the kitchen.
