This place is so well located. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. The host is one of the best we have encountered. Cannot recommend enough.

We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be clean and comfortable, and really liked being able to walk a few blocks to the main street in Sutton's Bay. Would definitely rent again!

Great location, walk into town, pedal onto trails. Very clean and comfortable, every convenience thought. Everyone really enjoyed our stay!

Our family loved it and will be returning next year. It was within walking distance of downtown and the beach. The AC window units worked great keeping us cool. The layout was wonderful for a larger family. The kitchen had everything we needed. Added bonus was the washer and dryer. We were able to relax and enjoy what Suttons Bay had to offer. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect, easy parking right outside and just a short walk to downtown, which made everything super convenient. The house itself was cozy and comfortable and had a great layout, especially for a bachelorette weekend. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice, and the AC units and fans kept the temperature just right. There is a nice laundry/storage room off the kitchen that was not photographed that was a great surprise. Overall, a great space and we’d definitely recommend it to others and would stay again!

The house was absolutely wonderful. Great location, walking distance to everything in Suttons Bay. It was perfect for our family. Definitely would stay here again!!! Host was excellent as well, communication was top notch.

The location of this property is excellent! Sutton's Bay main street is 2 blocks away, the beach is about 4 - it was easy to cross the main road even in busy times, drivers were very considerate of cross walks. It is a short drive to Leland and the Dunes. One of our party made the short walk (every morning) to Hive Coffee, but I enjoyed being able to make my coffee and just sit on the front porch. The house itself stayed relatively cool during the last heat wave. Although the property doesn't have CA, there were plenty of fans and window air conditioners. We appreciated the stocked kitchen, paper products and games. The hosts were quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. I would definitely come back to this property!

This location and house was perfect for our wine weekend trip with 6 friends. The wineries were a close drive, and being in downtown Suttons Bay was great to be able to walk to restaurants, shops and the water.

Madison House was perfect for our needs. Property is spacious and eco-conscious. Location is ideal given proximity to local shops and restaurants. We would certainly recommend this home for anyone looking for their next getaway in Suttons Bay.

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Well appointed kitchen, two sitting areas, and a nice dining area. Outside sitting area was nice as well. The location was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The interior of the house was freshly redone. It had everything we needed and lots of room. Great patio for morning coffee and yoga. One block to town, which was great. The only drawback was the small upstairs bedroom.It was quite warm and stuffy as there was no a/c. Overall, though, great place!
