However, its proximity to a restaurant introduces noise and odors, particularly affecting the master bedroom, which could be a significant drawback for light sleepers or those sensitive to smells. If the noise and odor issues are manageable for you, this could still be a solid choice.

Stayed Aug 9, 20254PM check in and 9AM check in are a little late/early for us, but we made it work. Accommodations were clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Could have used another kitchen chair though (there are 7). Fan from the restaurant next door blows restaurant smell into the main bedroom (sometimes good, sometimes not so good). Great location, good amenities, well equipped. Thanks.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Spacious great for kids to play and has fenced in yard for pets. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms with laundry which is helpful. It is attached to part of the restaurant, so parking is tight but doable. Less than a mile to corporation beach. Kitchen stocked with all the supplies you need! We would definitely come back and stay again.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Great place to stay! Excellent location for coffee shops, restaurants, and the most beautiful of Cape Cod beaches - Corporation and Mayflower! House is very up to date and had everything we needed. Lots of space and room to move. Loved that we had 3 complete bathrooms! This is a spot to return to!
