Upstairs and down, three tranquil bedrooms offer ceiling fans, new mattresses, and thoughtful touches like French doors leading to the porch. The sunroom adds extra sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa and easy access to the upstairs bath.

Home Truths:
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- There is an outdoor shower available for guest use.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Pelican Bay pool is open from May through September 30, and guests will need a pool pass. The pool is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Pelican Bay pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Parking Details:
- Carport accommodates 1 car.
- Driveway accommodates 2 cars.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    We come to Wild Dunes every year and this house and neighborhood were perfect for our family group of four, and then just me and a friend for a few days. Location is ideal - near everything but away from the hotel traffic. The beach near Pelican Reach is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The house is updated, super well stocked with higher quality houseware items, good quality furniture/beds. The owner is super easy to work with. Will definitely rent there again!

    Owner was very helpful and accommodating! The house is close to the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs! House is very clean and very well appointed! We liked sitting on the rockers on the front porch, and on the back deck.

    Perfect location, close to beach, pool, tennis, golf, bike paths, etc. House is perfectly appointed. Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of nice amenities like beach chairs, laundry, etc. All in all a great spot in a great place!

    The house was great! I had my adult children, their spouses, and my teenager. We all had fun. It is in a great location with walking distance to the beach and other activities. It was only 25 minutes to Charleston. We found some good restaurants nearby too. We would definitely go back!

    This property is the perfect location for all things. Short walk to the beach (maybe 5 mins in total) with everything you could possibly need. Uber rides to sullivans island and Dowtown charleston were a breeze. We were a small bachelorette party looking for a cozy stay close to the beach. It delivered in every way! The owner is EXTREMELY helpful and answered every question in such a timely manner. Everything was super clean and ALL the comforts of home were thought of! We couldn’t be happier and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
