Relax on the private patio with a fire pit and BBQ, or take a short walk to 4 great restaurants, two liquor stores, and rentals for ATVs, surfboards, and boogie boards. Firewood sales make beach bonfires easy. With direct access to Oceano Dunes, adventure and relaxation are at your doorstep.

Bedroom 1(1st Floor): This cozy room features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. It also includes a queen sleeper sofa in an adjacent sitting area, perfect for additional guests. The sitting area opens directly onto the back patio and includes a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): The spacious king suite offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. This suite also features a separate attached area with a queen bed, a cozy library nook, a table for reading or working, and another queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space.

The main living area also provides a queen sleeper sofa for added accommodations.

The garage houses a washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided for your convenience. The bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, dinnerware, toaster, and a coffee station featuring both a Keurig Mini single-serve machine and a coffee pot. The nearest grocery store, Von's (1758 W. Grand Ave, Grover Beach), is just a short drive away.

You’re welcome to park in the 2-car garage, with additional space for two cars on the sloped driveway. There’s also a level parking spot at the back of the property, accessible from Strand Avenue.
