Stayed Oct 16, 2025We showed up after a long day of travel to the property. Paid additional money to access the property early. The house was not clean and in the middle of the night we lost electricity. The rental company assisted in moving my family to another property, but we lost several hours packing up and moving everyone and unpacking at the new home. The electrical issues were significant enough to have several Dominion workers on the scene. Overall, this whole process was a total pain.

Stayed Aug 28, 2025Pros: Such a great set up for kids! The couch is so cozy and fun, and the closed-in front porch was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach. It had everything we needed! We'd definitely stay here again.Cons: When we checked in, the 7 on the lock wasn't working and it took us several minutes and really pressing the heck out of the button for it to work. It was really frustrating and people kept thinking they had been locked out. Just a heads up to management that you might want to fix that. There were also a couple random things left around the house (an empty fan box, a detached ceiling light) that made it seem like maintenance had just been there but hadn't cleaned up afterwards. Small things, more for the management company than guests.
