Stay in Franklin - Close to downtown - fire pit & grill

Great place for our family of four in the Franklin area. It seas do nice to have our own space to spread out. The property was exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked. We arrived very late our first night and it was a nice surprise to have coffee creamer in the fridge waiting for us. There was a full bag of coffee as well! The only small detail that would have added to the comfort was a couple of ottomans in the living room to rest your feet on. I’d definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again if we’re in the area.

Our stay at the home was perfect! Every detail, and then some, were well thought out and planned for. Highly recommend this home for a family needing a place to relax and connect.

We were very comfortable in this house. The kitchen was well stocked. The hosts provided nice snacks, coffee and cream for our arrival. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were large. The yard and the neighborhood were both pleasant. Lastly, the location was very convenient to shopping, dining and downtown Franklin. It was close to the highway and we had an easy drive to Nashville for a day excursion. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my 70th birthday!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the “Lazy C”. The home was roomy, clean, comfortable and cozy, well equipped with everything we wanted/needed, and well situated just minutes from downtown Franklin. The neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet, beautiful, and very family-friendly. Our youngest who is only 8 loved playing outside in the backyard.

The house was very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking. The neighborhood was very nice and convenient to stores and attractions. Nashville was easy to reach, as were many othere attractions in the area.

Joyce (the host) did a great job with making her place ready for our girls trip to Franklin. The rooms and amenities worked out great. Anything that might need a little explanation had a nearby label with instructions. Unlike some rentals that either appear as someone's lived in home with full closets and cabinets or others that are barren, this house was more suitability equipped for guests to make it a home away from home. This house is situated in a nice neighborhood. I (and the girls) definitely recommend this property.

This home is a gem! Great location, spacious, very clean, and supplied with everything we needed and more. Appreciated the creamer, coffee pods, sweetener and sodas provided so we didn't have to do an immediate grocery run. The backyard was spacious and private. We enjoyed the covered seating area with table and chairs. Would stay here again.

We had a great Girls Trip at this property. It was conveniently located and set in a peaceful neighborhood. The house was clean and the host added lots of little details that made us feel welcome. The backyard was a beautiful place to hang out especially around the fire pit on a cool night.

The house is very clean and is in a GREAT neighborhood. Every house on the street is neat and clean. The house has been updated with new flooring and neat decor. It is about 2 miles from downtown Franklin and about a mile from the interstate. When we come back to Franklin, we will try to stay here again.

This house was wonderful! It was clean. It was nicely updated. The rooms were very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked and lots of added perks left for us to use (how did they know I love diet Dr Pepper?!) They only thing we wished for (because it was hot outside) ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thanks lazy-C for making our Nashville vacation just what we needed!

Very nice month stay!

This was my 4th year staying in Franklin for a conference and this stay set the bar for all other stays. The hosts were responsive and so kind. There were snacks, coffee, and local recommendations for us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The location is quiet and convenient.

This VRBO was very nice, accurate description, and the host provided us with snacks, drinks, plush towels and comfy beds.She even had half and half for our coffee!Rooms are large, kitchen complete with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. My husband and I took my Mother to visit my brother who lives in Franklin. We stayed at The Lazy C and it was a great choice. It was a quiet area and good central location to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay there againwould stay and well stocked up

We just loved our stay in this home. Instantly felt comfortable and relaxed by the beautifully decorated and roomy home. The kitchen had everything we needed and mini moon pies! The bedrooms were so big, with comfortable beds and pillows, We slept so much better than any hotel we have stayed in, We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience at Joyce’s property. Everything was very clean when we got there, the kitchen was fully stocked and even had nice little extras like coffee and sodas in the fridge. Beds were super comfy and extra blankets were plentiful. Joyce was quick to respond to me and very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

I was so happy with this house! In our current age of not so great vacation rentals and almost non existent customer service, Joyce’s place pleasantly surprised me and was hands down my best experience ever.

We were in town for the weekend and the house and property were perfect! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and felt like home. The property was exactly as advertised. It was a great space for us and our littles. The host was eager to help any way she could. Location was also great. Very quiet neighborhood but close to downtown.

My out of town family and I really enjoyed the house and outdoor amenities. There was plenty of room for everyone and no detail was overlooked. The hosts even decorated for Christmas we especially enjoyed the Christmas tree and made it feel like we celebrated at home in La.

Our family had the best time in Franklin and a huge part of that was Joyce’s hospitality! From the excellent communication to all of the little details, we would highly recommend this location. We stayed during the week between Christmas and New Year and were excited to discover that the home was decorated for the holidays complete with a tree and cute seasonal bedding. There was a coffee bar along with drinks and snacks which was a fun touch. Everything we needed for our stay was at our fingertips including great local recommendations for dining. We adore the town of Franklin and the surrounding area and will certainly be back. There is no doubt that we will return to this same home if it is available!

My family enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and on the grill in the private backyard. We explored downtown Franklin and walking trails in south Nashville. We all slept great on comfortable beds. Many thanks to our friendly and responsive host!

Return visit to this lovely property,10 mins drive from bars/restaurants in Franklin. Joyce is easy to deal with and the property is spotless. It’s the little touches and extras that make this property such a gem. It will always be our 1st choice when visiting Nashville.

Highly recommend! This home was in a quiet, safe neighborhood that was convenient to Franklin, Cool Springs and Downtown. Many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores close by. The home was clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Owners communicated well.

House was a lovely layout for our group of 4 and had everything we needed and more. Host had coffee and few treats set up for us and beds and overall vibe of home was extremely comfortable. As in previous reviews, the home is VERY well maintained and clean. May have to make this location a yearly destination.
