My family and I had a wonderful stay! Michael did a great job. We had a dog and a baby and everything was accommodated appropriately. The location is astounding. Great stay!

House was as advertised. So cute and a great walkable area. We had a great time in your beautiful city! House was well stocked and clean. Loved having the garage so we didn’t have to find street parking. Front porch was great to sit on in the morning and have coffee.

This was the perfect place to stay in Savannah. It is a quintessential home within walking distance of everything in historic downtown Savannah. The front porch added charm as we met neighbors, SCAD students and visitors - everyone was so warm and friendly. We traveled as two couples. There was plenty of room and privacy. Two bedrooms and full baths on the 2nd floor and a half-bath on the first floor. Balcony on the second floor can accommodate 4 people and gives you an overview of the neighborhood. A charming place to stay! Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, we could easily walk to all destinations of interest. Loved the residence, we would definitely stay there again if we returned to Savannah. Having a garage provided a great sense of security. Once parked it never moved until we left. I would definitely recommend this home for folks staying in Savannah. Very nice layout

Lovely home! Within walking distance to many restaurants and tour meeting spots. 2car parking garage on site a bonus! Plenty of seating places in home and out. Would absolutely recommend!

East and great location

An absolutely perfect spot for exploring Savannah. Parking in Savannah is scarce, and usually full, the off-street parking is a huge asset here. The third sleeping area is a very comfortable pull-out in the living room, but there are enough other gathering spaces that it works out fine. Otherwise just as charming and comfortable as described.

The house is so cool and great location. Easily walk to river and lots of parks nearby too. Thank you!

Great location. Great space

The property was amazing! Lovely, historic home with tons of charm. We loved sitting on the front stoop people watching and seeing the horse and carriages go past. The neighborhood is quiet, but right around the corner from all the shops and restaurants of Broughton Street. The house was clean and welcoming. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it was equipped should you like. Beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Loved the cozy den and breakfast nook! Great to relax in the evenings. We would definitely come back to this home and the amazing city of Savannah. The city and house is super dog friendly. Loved being so close to the square for our morning and evening potty breaks. Met a lot of lovely folks who were super nice and shared their love and history of Savannah. I literally can’t say enough positive things about the house and city as a whole.

Great location and amazing charm

The house was perfect for us to spend the week for Christmas. There was plenty of space for us (4 adults and 1 dog) and well appointed. The two car garage was perfect so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The location was wonderful, everything was walkable. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay. The garage access was incredibly helpful for our group, and the living areas on the first floor were lovely for when we wanted downtime together. The location couldn't be beat.

The location was perfect for our needs. Host was organized and helpful with regard to a noon checkout versus 10am. (Our flight was at 4:30pm.)

We loved this house! Having never been to Savannah before we were in town for a work conference so being in the city was important. This home was not only great location wise but it had the perfect blend of history, age, and modern touches to it. The appliances are new, the water pressure in the shower was awesome, the bath towels were luxury. Having a comfortable bed is the most important thing and I am so glad this house has them. It was the cherry on top to be able to sit on the balcony at the end of the day and watch life go by like the people and ghost tours. I am so thankful this house allowed dogs and I would have never guessed because of how clean and well taken care of the home is.

Loved this place. Will definitely be back. Bed situation is a little precarious for a family of 5, so I def wouldn’t stay with more people.

We loved our stay at this property. The location can’t be beat and the place was just as pictured. The bonus was the walk out window to the upstairs balcony. Great communication with property owner. Very clean and well appointed. Would stay there again.

This property was gorgeous and met my group’s needs wonderfully, and I would love to stay here again. Our only minor issues were working around the relatively late check-in time and early check-out time (I would ask about moving it next time), and the shower handle in the non-adjoined bathroom broke off (but was still functional and is likely an easy fix).

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Savannah!!Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance of this property, and we were very happy to leave our car in the garage.The place is exactly as described. Highly recommended, we will book when we visit Savannah again!!

Great historic home in perfect location. Park your car in the garage and walk a short distance to river street and city market. A few more blocks to Forsyth Park, Cathedral, Mercer House. Kick back and relax in accommodations.

This is a well-appointed, beautiful home in an ideal location. Restaurants and attractions are generally only a short walk away yet the home is in an attractive neighborhood away from the busyness and noise of other areas. We loved the second floor patio and the front porch, and the garage is a huge bonus.

Awesome, walkable location. The house is very cute and the neighborhood kitty was very friendly. The front room windows are not great at blocking street sound but we set up a sound machine for sleeping and it was ok.

The house was clean, well appointed and as advertised. The 2 car garage is what makes it standout. We did not have to worry about parking at all.

We had the most amazing stay! The home was very clean and just like the photos. They go above and beyond by providing essentials as well as extra toilet paper, trash bags and detergent. Mike was very prompt to respond and the perfect host. We lived the games and puzzles in the family room to enjoy during unplanned activities. Not only is the home well equipped but the location and master balcony were unbeatable. We only had a 5-7 minute walk to most of the locations we visited. We loved this home and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Home is in North Historic District - an excellent location for our short stay. Home was very nice and clean, all the room we needed. We had plenty of hot water for the 3 of us. Mike was very easy to work with and ready to answer any questions we had. I would stay at this house on my next trip to Savannah.
