Stanley Cozyside

This is our second time staying with this host and we are just as happy with this stay as our first. They are very responsive and the property is clean and safe. 11/10 recommend!

House was clean. Entry was easy. Rules were strict.

Very nice modernized older home. Very clean. Nice large bedrooms upstairs. New appliances. Very good beds. New washer dryer in basement. Roku tv in living room and master bedroom.

The house was extremely clean, very comfortable, and the location was safe. If I could rate 6 out of 5, I would! 100% would recommend. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The day before checking in the property manager contacted us and demanded we pay extra per person staying in the house if we had more than 2 people. Of course we did as it’s a 3 bedroom house. And threatened to kick us out of the house if more than 2 people showed up. Also said we would be charged if a guest came by the house (so my oldest daughter we were visiting for graduation wasn’t allowed to come see us???). The whole thing with the manager was ridiculous. Never experienced anything like it before and have used VRBO many many times. The house was fine. Older, basic, but fine enough.

This home was great and clean. Very comfortable and excellent location.

It is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. The kitchen isnt big enough to cook a Thanksgiving meal, but a good size for five people to stay and use it for a vacation place. The bedrooms are spacious. The bathroom has a seperate shower from the tub and they are both a good size. The nooks,and brick floors off the kitchen, the decorative fireplaces, the lights all give it that extra charm that makes it special. The three bedrooms and full bath are all upstairs. 83

Stanley Cozyside is a jewel! Well-equipped and immaculately clean. The side porch and back patio make it feel like home. Can’t wait to come back when we visit family again. Geraldine and Filipe are responsive and helpful.

This is definitely a home away from home. So clean, easy parking, great neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!
