Cozy Updated Cottage Style Home near Historic distric in Middletown

Had a great stay! The home is nice and host was responsive.

Perfect place to stay while at the Cincinnati Open. The house was as described: clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to questions. Great stay!

We were very happy with this property. Everything as advertised, very clean, everything we needed was provided such as linens, towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the owners was great, since we had some modifications to the original reservation. The house was just the right size, not too big or small, and was well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The only critiques would be: 1) mats are needed inside front and back doors for when you arrive there in the rain, and 2) the house is older so it is drafty. One bedroom was too cold at night and one was too hot, and the front and back doors need to be sealed so cold air is not leaking in. Overall great stay!

The house was as advertised, and the homeowner was quick with replies when needed. The home was clean, well-stocked with items needed such as towels, coffee pot, pots and pans. While the house is older, it is pretty sound proof where we couldn't even tell when someone was in the shower. I slept better in this house than I do at my own home! The only thing that I had difficulty with was the parking space behind the house. My small sedan had difficulty pulling onto the cement slab which is fairly high. An SUV would likely have an easier time. The home was about 15 minutes from the Linder Tennis Center and the immediate area had some very good restaurant options. Would definitely stay again.

This stay was a girlfriends retreat! We have been friends for over 40 years! We created more GREAT memories and every time I look at pictures of this cottage, I smile! The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very safe. However, it was a bit of distance from Cincinnati. Thank you so much, Geraldine!

We were in town for a wedding. It was perfect for my family. Great, walkable neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

nice place to rest and enjoy some down time, quiet neighborhood and a nice place to take a walk, we also enjoyed a breakfast place and bbq spot that was a 10 min walk. clean and well equipped do recommend.
