Stadium Side Serenity: Your Home Away from Home

Beautiful home, very clean and fully stocked for all use. Thank you for letting me rent your home and enjoying our family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. It is so close to the State Farm Stadium we were able to walk over to the concert we came to Phoenix to attend. There is parking for one car in the garage and 3 cars on the driveway. Our friends were able to park there as well.The owner, Mark, is very responsive and answers questions quickly. They were out of dishwasher pids and he had some there early the next morning. The refrigerator is big and the ice maker works.Now there are a few things that could be improved. Cabinets have lose handles and the glassware situation needs an upgrade. There are huge plastic glasses and some big glass drinking glasses as well as some sketchy wine glasses people have left behind from batchelorette parties but not a juice or rocks glass to be found in the place. One of the pullout shelves falls out and a kitchen drawer doesn't have a back on it so everything falls into the cabinet below. With just a few fixes it could be so much nicer.We would probably stay here again sometime if we come to another concert.FYI, all 4 bedrooms are upstairs so this place might not be good for those who have problems with stairs.

Very good location! Host is Excellent. Lots of places close by to enjoy every kind of food you would want and entertainment. Definitely worth it!

The host (Mark) was great. The location was very good. We had some minor issues but Mark took care of it. Great communication and very pleasant to deal with.

The house was beautiful and clean and spacious! We didn't use the backyard much, but it was huge and had ample room to hang out and bbq. Great walking proximity to Westgate and Diamond Desert Arena which worked out so well for us while we were in town for a concert! The host was super communicative and gracious! 10/10!

We had a great time at Mark’s property. Perfect location and a beautiful setting for a team building event. I highly recommend!

The place was very nice and in an excellent location with shops and entertainment nearby and quick access to the interstate. Definitely would book again.

Big House Neighbors whas nice We stayed there for an event at State Farm Stadium and its just a walking distance. Wish i ccan make the reservation now for next year
