Spectacular Lakefront Home With Patio, Fire Pit, Large Dock and Work Booth.

Andy’s property was very well appointed for my family’s stay last week. The dock is in great shape and larger than expected. We are usually traveling to the Champlain area with larger groups but for this summer (two adults and a some teenagers) this was the perfect place for us. The kids loved the loft sleeping spaces. We would definitely stay here again

Andy was an excellent host. We had a great time at the lake house. The doc was perfect for taking the kids swimming and fishing. One of the lofts was perfect for the kids. The second loft is a little more difficult to access. We were able to spend one day in Montreal which is about an hour away.overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely return for another visit.

Great location on Lake Champlain for family vacations and get togethers. House has three levels that allow for getting away for personal time. Needs A/C on the main level due to all of the beautiful windows and the hot and humid weather.

We were 3 couples (our 2 daughters, their husbands, and our 2 grandsons). Boy, did the dock get used with their fishing skills! Renting a vacation home, sight unseen, can be chancy but the photos the owner provides were on point! We truly enjoyed our surroundings, the house was SO homey and a fully-stocked kitchen. The only thing to point out was never seeing the loft area as the ladder access was too much for us. We moored our boat for the week and dropped 2 jet skis in/out daily w/a launch that was not too far away. Our host was great to deal with - very accommodating with easy access. I would certainly rent again!

Great and comfortable place to stay to reconnect with family

Excellent location and communication from the owner. Owner was very clear about the lofts being true lofts with ladder access. Highly recommend as not only the location is ideal but the excellent communication for the stay.

The house is located right on the water, which makes evenings on the deck delightful. The first floor is a nice open concept which holds the only full bathroom in the house. It is open to the second floor living space and the 3rd floor loft spaces which can make it difficult to find quiet but great for listening to what all the kids might be up to. The 2nd floor bathroom has no sink and has an open window to the stairway. It looks like some updates on this are underway so maybe a sink will be put in for future renters. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. One thing not shown and renters should be aware of is the 2 steep ladders needed to access the 2 lofts. The loft spaces are a good 10 feet above and on one side will be entered by way of a hatch door with an attic like ladder. Once inside the room it’s cozy but nerve wracking for those that may need the bathroom in the night, or for little ones since the hatch may be too heavy for them open on their own. The other loft is accessible by a ladder that was nailed to the wall so needs someone comfortable with a vertical climb. We had 5 to 14 year olds and it made them nervous but they ended up enjoying in the end. The only real issue we had were the spiders. They were everywhere. We got rid of 4-5 in one of the loft spaces and could see plenty in the high ceilings where we couldn’t reach. The deck was also full of them. The area is rural so some are expected but I think the house could use some cleaning tools to get into those high spots. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the night breezes made for perfect sleeping weather. We rented boats from nearby marinas to get some swimming in since we couldn’t swim from the house.

We had an amazing time. Andy was super responsive before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We had 4 kids and 3 adults. Plenty of space for everyone to be together or on their own. The kids loved taking the kayaks out and swimming/jumping at the bridge. I loved the giant fire pit every night. Our family made some great memories over the past week. We would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has amazing views of the lake and the dock was perfect for fishing & boating. The owner was great!

Andy, the property owner was really helpful and responsive. The property is as described and the outdoor patio and dock are the highlights! I was worried about mooring the boat, but that process was easy. The house is really large and there is a lot of places to sleep but with a large group it can get noisy as there are only two bedrooms with doors and one has loft access. I will come again but with a smaller group next time!
