Stayed May 17, 2026Beautiful stay right on the beach. The house was easy to maintain, everything you'd need for the beach and a comfortable stay. The screened in porch was perfect for a good cup of coffee and watching the waves come in. About a twenty minute drive brings you right into the heart of downtown Charleston. A delightful stay!!

There was NOTHING that we needed, that was not provided in the kitchen, or bbq grill, rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, all linens were great. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026This house is in great shape and has everything you need. The owner obviously cares. However, the management company posted incorrect wifi information which resulted in my sister missing an important radio interview. They never apologized for this although they were informed, then refused us a one-hour late checkout on a Monday morning in January. I would stay here again, but I was not impressed by the management company.

Stayed Apr 19, 20253rd year on Folly Beach and this cottage was by far the best! We loved the porch and view and the house was cozy and comfortable. Hope to stay here again!!

Stayed Mar 13, 2025A long weekend getaway for my child and I started with lovely sunrises over the ocean from the front porch and ended with sunset walks on the beach. The house was decently equipped with the basics and felt cozy and charming.

Stayed Nov 6, 2024A wonderful, cozy home with spectacular views. Just the rocking chairs on the screened in porch looking out over the ocean is enough to make me come back! The house was clean, with fresh flowers and everything you would need for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend it!

Stayed Oct 21, 2024We loved our stay! It was very comfortable & relaxing. It had all the amenities we needed. The house was within walking distance to pier and downtown. We rented bikes and rode on the beach. We saw dolphins near the lighthouse. Watching the morning sunrises, seeing stars at night, and being close to the beach was perfect. Thank you!
