Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is great for a large group. The location is very convenient and the property is nice. The master is very generously sized but the downstairs bedrooms are tight. Our main issue was having multiple things in the home not working. Unfortunately these were not fixed during our stay so it put a damper on our weekend. The communication with the management team is also lacking as they never responded to me and I had to follow up multiple times to be able to discuss our issues. If you have an issue I would recommend walking to the front to talk with management in order to ensure you get them to resolve your issues.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids couldn't have felt more comfortable. I've stayed at so many houses in Seaside and Watercolor, Florida...and this one was better than every one of them. The layout was SO well thought out and beds were super comfy! Kitchen stocked with the best dishes, pots and pans, etc...I will definitely choose this gorgeous house again!!! Everything felt extremely clean. Can you tell we loved it?!! Zero complaints. Can't wait to come back!

Reviewer Comments: I had to attend a meeting in Port Aransas on a Monday, so we booked See Ya' Soon at the last minute. This time of year is really nice on the coast and we enjoyed our brief stay immensely. See Ya' Soon has a great floorplan and is impeccably decorated. Note that the rates are lower during this off season and that's reflected in the limited availability of some amenities.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in multiple houses on this property over the last year and we love the location on this one! It has the view of the lake in back and easy to fish at a moment's notice, it has the small pool in front and at night you can hear and see bands playing from the front balcony, plus all the restaurants are walking distance! The layout was wonderful, spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming!

The Sea Ya Soon home was everything we could have wished for an more. Just gorgeous! Highly recommend! Dylan’s Pizza was delicious. Live music was a treat. Staff was friendly and helpful!
