Stayed Jul 26, 2025One of the best experience !! Our kids were very excited and loved the nature all around us. We went exploring in the day and at night!! The Eagle view was amazing reminds us of simpler days !! Best place to get away from city like environment, you will not regret it !! Already planning on our next visit !!

Stayed Jan 24, 2025I'm from Utopia and I love staying in remote areas instead of in town. Plus this place isn't far from my brother. Love the country and privacy this place has My granddaughters love to hike and see the wild animals. I've stayed in both houses y'all offer and I would recommend either one!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Had 6 of us stay here since you're a short drive to the state park. Fit our needs perfectly. There were plenty of beds and we even hiked up to the eagles nest. Great view. The tub in the master was amazing and we really enjoyed having that. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024House ok and clean Cooking utensils somewhat outdated, need upgrade The so called grill is a piece of rusty and dirty junk. Wouldn't want to bbq on it.

Stayed Mar 13, 2023While we enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood, the total cost of rental was over priced compared to what we expected. There was only the initial communication as to checkin checkout and house rules which was emailed a day or so after booking. There was no communication upon arrival or checkout. If we return to the area, this place will not be on our list as a place to stay overnight, nor will we give it high marks to any of our family or friends . It was a just okay place at an over priced stay.
