Stayed May 15, 2026Great house! Interior layout was perfect for our trip. The Host provided lots of little extras like coffee pods, filtered water dispenser and paper towels. Very good central location to get to Wellen Park or the beach. We would totally recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Stayed Mar 15, 2026I would strongly caution anyone considering this property—our experience was extremely disappointing and far below expectations.First and most misleading, the listing advertises that the home sleeps 12 people. This is simply not true. In reality, it could barely accommodate 6 comfortably. This kind of misrepresentation set the tone for the rest of our stay.Upon arrival, we immediately encountered maintenance issues. The hot water in the master bathroom did not work at all, requiring us to contact the owner during our stay to address it—something no guest should have to deal with on vacation.The outdoor space, was in terrible condition. The patio was dirty and clearly not maintained, and the grill was left in a filthy state, making it unusable without significant cleaning.Inside the home, the situation wasn’t much better. There were not enough bath towels even for 6 people, let alone 12 as advertised. The towels provided were old, dingy, and in need of replacement. Additionally, several of the beach chairs and the umbrella were broken or ripped, making them unusable.Overall, this property was poorly maintained, inaccurately advertised, and not worth the price. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others unless significant improvements are made.

Stayed Mar 4, 2024Great access to beach, restaurants, grocery store! Owner was very responsive. There were only 4 adults and we cannot see how 10 guests could possibly sleep there. Ice maker was not functional & Keurig coffee maker was questionable. Overall we had a great time in Florida!

Stayed Feb 11, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and stocked with everything needed. We had a couple minor issues that the owner immediately fixed. The road in front of the house was busy at times, but it was quiet inside the home. The neighborhood was nice, and we felt safe. The house is close to great beaches and downtown Venice. The owner was great to work with. We would stay again.
