Spacious Retreat Near Lake —Firepit & Game Room

Hi Yakaira was wonderful host and prompt with answering any questions we had.. We loved her house from the big bedrooms, my grandsons loved the kids room with play kitchen and lots of toys . The house was huge and spacious, the game room was a big hit every night with kids and adults..We loved the property just beautiful with snow cover..Beautiful sites to wake up to from the master bedroom..We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday, New Year's Eve and New years Day..We had the best time and loved cooking in her kitchen..The coffee bar was a big hit each morning..We will definitely be back again..Location is close to center of town..Gorgeous place. House was immaculate with all the amenities we needed. Beautiful home.

We booked this large spacious home to hold 6 adults and 3 children and the property was perfect for our vacation! Well equipped, clean, spacious, and comfy! We enjoyed the large back yard to let the toddlers run around and the deck area was nice for relaxing in the evening. I look forward to re booking this property again. The host was very fast in responding to any questions we had during our stay. We do wish it was a bit closer to water! My only suggestion would be improvement for the kitchen dish towels as well as cutting boards but other than that it had every thing we needed and more.

This is a great property. It’s convenient to Meredith and the Lake. The house itself is very nicely done. Plenty of things for our kids (ages 3-12) to do inside and out. The entire booking, check-in and checkout process were very easy. Yahaira was available to answer any questions we had and make sure our stay was perfect. I’d recommend this property to anyone (with or without kids).

Stayed here with my family for a week long vacation. We all enjoyed our time and it was a perfect spot for us. Great yard, deck, and other amenities that made for a relaxing and fun vacation

We had a great stay in Meredith for the Laconia bike week rally. Meredith was a beautiful town, on the lake, this rental is close to town and shops/restaurants. Great communication w property owner/manager… had a few issues w light bulbs and empty propane tanks hut were resolved quickly. Tons of parking. A lot of living space. Beds are memory foam and very comfy! Not a ton of kitchenware (we like to cook and have coffee every morning) but nice island and dining area to hang out, nice deck and grill, also. The updates are nice and decor well appointed. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a great place to stay for a weekend at Lake Winni. It’s a short drive to the lake from the house and also not far from Weirs beach. The house is very nice. It’s spacious with plenty of beds, new appliances, a deck with a fire pit and a big backyard. I would stay here again next time I visit Lake Winni.
