Stayed Jul 25, 2025Great location and accommodations. The only negative is SO MANY STAIRS! It should be noted in the listing. 51 stairs to get to kitchen/ great room location is a lot for impaired individuals.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by this brand new home which was sparkling clean. It made our stay very enjoyable. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. It made dining in a pleasure. The location is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the beach, we were able to enjoy the brach without any hassle. Additionally, the home is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and local activities, ensuring that there was always something fun to do nearby. Overall, this vacation home exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a prime location!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024We stayed for 5 nights and were delighted with this house. Excellent presentation, lots of space and the rooms were decorated to the highest standard. The kitchen diner was amazing and had many nice add ons. The house is right next to the beach and in the middle of Kill Devil Hills with easy access to the local amenities. We highly recommend this as a high end family or multi-family location. Thanks to the hosts who were super easy to get along with and responded to our questions immediately.
