I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house for you. Even with removing the febreeze outlet things and putting them outside and opening all the windows, we still had one member of our group sneezing every time we came back to the house. Unfortunately, the perfume was too embedded in all the carpets, couches, linens etc to come all the way out. Not an issue for everyone, but for one of our group, it was uncomfortable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Mount Pleasant! It's location is just about perfect for quick access to outdoor activities in the nearby mountains as well as other communities in Sanpete County. The house itself was incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the back deck, which was constructed with multiple levels surrounding a fountain. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning! It was a truly unique space. The other rooms in the house were comfortably furnished as well, including a very large TV and soft recliners. We enjoyed the ping pong table, and also repurposed that room as a place for remote work (thanks to a dependable internet connection). All in all, this property was perfect for our needs, and we look forward to returning!
Only a 20 minute drive away from the rock climbing in Maple Canyon in a cute, rural neighborhood! The house was very comfortable to stay in and was close to a grocery store and an awesome Mexican restaurant called Leticia’s. The view of the mountains from the front porch was a bonus!
