Spacious Luxury Colorado Mountain Lodge! Perfect for Family Reunions & Retreats

I couldn’t recommend a stay at the invincible lodge more. We had a party of 14 and the place was large and comfortable with a lot of thoughtful touches. Great kitchen and blackstone grill. Beautiful scenery and bird watching. Would absolutely come back again!

Driving instructions were excellent. Had some issues with Google Maps directing incorrectly, but the host's directions were on point and easy to understand. House was clean and comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. Host was responsive to questions and incredibly helpful. Would stay here again.

Everything about this house is great- it is clean, comfortable for our families to spread out, kitchen has everything we need and the outdoor space is the best!

Everything was great! The location was perfect, the house was well set up for a loud group. Small things make a big deal, like noise doesn't travel through walls/floors, easy access into the house, kitchen was stocked, etc. All of it added up to a place we'll come again. (This was already our 2nd time).

This home was a perfect home to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with a small group of our dear friends. The location was perfect, the home set up was perfect - rooms, bathrooms, amenities, hot tub, kitchen and laundry were well-stocked. Lovely home for a lovely occasion!

We absolutely loved this cabin and hope we can stay here again in the future! The space was incredible for a large group and had plenty of areas for people to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of parking and it was beautiful when it snowed.

We love this house and property so much!! Snow conditions weren’t great in the area this trip, but we had our own little winter wonderland! This was our second trip and we can’t wait to come back. The house is perfect for our big family and we had an amazing time!

The stay was fabulous!! The lodge was beautiful and perfect for our family Christmas gatherig.We had a blast!!

We absolutely loved our Christmas stay. There was so much space for everyone and something for every age. Every small detail was thought of. The movie room was great for the kids, and the hot tub was great for adults. Beautiful property for morning walks. A close drive to skiing. We had an amazing time!

The house was beautiful! We had three families with a total of 8 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids had a blast playing in the snow and sledding down the hills during a snow storm. The street maintenance did an amazing job plowing after the storm making it a breeze to get home safely. My only warning is to NOT follow the GPS when finding the house. The GPS leads you up the mountain and does not give you proper directions.

The house was clean and as described. The problem was that the house was freezing on the first bight because the heater was broken and the only solution we were offered was to use small space heaters that barely heated a single room sufficiently. We were told after someone came out that they were missing a part to fix the heating so they could not guarantee there would be heat the rest of our stay. I’m still waiting for a refund for that first night we spent freezing under 5 layers of blankets. That was the only complaint, the stay was perfect otherwise.

Really enjoy this property for our family reunion. We've come back to this property, every year, for the last 5 years!

Beautiful property and very clean! Only 2 bummers; hot tub wouldn’t get up to temp and the house was a bit warm despite thermostat being turned down. I’d stay there again!

Perfect location with ample space for everyone to enjoy!

Beautiful location and a beautiful home. Plenty of room for all our adult children. En-suite in all bedrooms was appreciated. We enjoy barbecuing, but there was no barbecue on check-in. David rectified this, a couple days later. This was a great vacation for our family of 9.

This is the second time our family has stayed here. It’s perfect and gives everyone their own space. We rented ATVs and rode trails for two days with plenty of room to park them all. The kitchen and dining area has room for all 18 of us to share meals together.

The wraparound patio overlooking a bubbling stream was a dream—we spent our mornings out there with a hot cup of coffee, just taking in the peaceful surroundings. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.Inside, the cabin is just as inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the living room and kitchen created a perfect space for the whole family to relax, cook, and hang out together. It really felt like a home away from home.If you’re looking for a serene mountain escape with all the right touches, the Invincible Lodge is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back.

This was our second time staying here with our group. Our stay was great! The house was clean, the setting next to the stream is beautiful, David was easy to communicate with, the kitchen worked well for cooking for a large group... great experience!

The house was gorgeous and well equipped for our family getaway. The hosts have great recommendations for local attractions and are super responsive! Can’t wait to come back!

The property was beautiful and well maintained! David was a great host and helped us with anything we needed . It was definitely tricky to park more than a couple of cars in the winter time because of the snow banks, but we had a great time and will definitely be back!

The property is perfect. We spent a few days relaxing and writing music. We would definitely go back!

It was the coldest MLK weekend we have ever experienced, but the lodge was comfortable and spacious enough for all 12 of us not to feel cramped inside. The little details, like mini shampoo, mints on the towels, labels on light switches and detailed information in the welcome book. Thank goodness for the firewood! It was so cold outside (below zero) that the fireplace kept everyone comfy. Highly recommend the Invincible Lodge for your family vacation!

This home is a wonderful place for a group to spend time together! Our group of 4 families has stayed here 3 years in a row now and love the space we have for each family to sleep/bathrooms, multiple gathering areas- main living room, upstairs, basement, large dining table and our kids love the outdoor space. The kids play outside in the snow until it gets dark- so much space to explore! Thank you!

Spacious and comfortable place to enjoy our annual retreat with the extended family!

Our group of 8 had an incredible stay at the house. The house is well-stocked, very spacious, and in a beautiful setting. Phenomenal hiking is just up the road at St. Mary’s Glacier, and the town of Idaho Springs is also nearby and offers nice shopping. The house has everything you would need, and has many nice touches (eg a “key” explaining the relative matters firmness in each BR). We’re already talking about coming back next year!

We love staying at the Invincible Lodge! It was a perfect getaway in the mountains. It gives that cozy lodge feeling that you’re looking for in a mountain retreat. We will be back!

It is always fantastic to have a home match the photos and description. May not be the easiest to get to as it is located deep into the deeply wooded mountain, but that is exactly what we wanted. Night skies are brilliant without any external light, wildlife is abundant, hiking and outdoor activities are more than you will ever need. Beds and other amenities were fantastic.

We recently stayed at your house for a week!!! One word comes to mind “Heavenly!!”. The sound of the creek and scenery were next to none!! The grandkids caught and released numerous trout so there was no time to be on their phones or playing games. During the day some went hiking, some went to the Broncos training camp (that’s what you get with football coaches in the family), and some enjoyed a little shopping. The great thing was it was hot down the mountain but when we got back it was cool and wonderful!!! The hummingbirds kept us entertained. They are hungry little things so we filled their feeder numerous times!! Next to the last day my daughter-in-law was on the upper deck and saw the tree top move right in front of her. When she looked over the deck there was a Bull Moose (massive!!!). It looked right at her just a few feet away!! She came and got the rest of us. That is something we will never forget. We rent a house each year for our family and I have to say this one had it ALL!!! I am also a little leary every year looking for a house but David always made me feel at ease and confident that this was the place for us and it was. This spacious home accommodated the 12 of us so comfortably, with another 7 joining in for the day. The deck, stream, and the setting make it a perfect getaway for gathering all together and also in smaller groups so convenient from Denver. It was a clean and beautiful home in a stunning setting. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful home and location. The only thing is the kitchen appliances were old and the dishwasher and stove didn't work properly
