Spacious Islas Del Mar House with Pool

The house is beautiful, very modern, spacious, we enjoyed the lagoon and they have kayak. Now the bad stuff, they should have more towels and extra blankets. We have an issue when we arrived, they had us to arrive a day later and the house was not ready, the security didn’t allow to enter and we they told us that we need to come back tomorrow, we showed receipt of the dates

We loved staying at this property! Our kids had a blast and the backyard was stunning. We had some cleanliness issues with the house upon arrival but we brought it to the attention of the host. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very accommodating for our group of 10. We would stay here again!

This home was beautiful! The views were amazing to wake up to, the beds were super comfortable, the pool was amazing and the house felt so spacious for all of us to relax in. We really enjoyed our time here!

Great place to stay. The bay was beautiful and we really enjoyed watching the wild life. Great patio, the seats could use some cushions. We enjoyed playing cornhole. Pool was perfect for our group of 5.

Amazing place for a family vacation. Property had everything we needed and more. The kayaks were great with easy access to the water. Definitely would recommend this property!! Owner very friendly easy communication!!

Dan and Dawn have a beautiful property. House was nicely furnished. Had a small hiccup and Dan was fast to respond and took care of everything. Nice calm lagoon that you can kayak or paddle board on when the tide is out. (both provided)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amount of space we had was much better than anticipated. The rooms all included private bathrooms and TVs which were all very nice. Wi-Fi speed was adequate and worked well during our stay. The private pool was greatly appreciated, and enjoyed the direct access to the lagoon for Kayaking and Paddle boarding. Ocean/Beach access was only a short walk away. Some of the expected supplies were not present (sugar, flour), but it was not a big issue for us. Received prompt response from owner/manager through messages when needed. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Puerto Penasco. Perfect place for a large group that likes to have some privacy.

Love the place. The owners are awesome and 1000 percent responsive. Only caveat of this location is that there is no beach over the dune. The tide is so far out that it's, at best, ankle high water until about 500 meters out. Have to go down to Sandy Beach or cholla Bay for that beach action. The house is on a Bay, however and some paddleboards and kayaks are provided which are great! I would definitely stay here again but if you want to be on an actual beachfront then have to be a little further down the road

The home was incredible with a modern vibe. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards on the peaceful lagoon and had so much fun in the private pool. We loved watching the sunset every night over the beach. There is a lot of construction in the complex, but it never impacted us in any way. It would have been great to have had some chairs on the upper deck where the fire pit was, but maybe that’s coming. The property manager was responsive when we had problems with the oven. We had a terrific time and enjoyed our stay very much. We would love to stay there again.
