Step into an open and airy living space featuring soaring cathedral ceilings, classic shiplap walls, and warm wood accents. Large windows flood the room with natural light and offer serene views of the surrounding greenery, while an Italian marble ventless gas fireplace provides a stunning focal point for cozy evenings.



**Gourmet Kitchen & Dining**

Prepare a feast in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, a true chef’s dream. With dual Sub-Zero refrigerators, a six-burner gas cooktop, and double ovens, you have everything you need. The adjacent dining area offers picturesque views of the golf course, making every meal a delight.



**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**

* **Master Suite (1st Floor):** A private retreat with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and two walk-in closets. The en suite bathroom features a luxurious soaking tub, a separate shower, and a private outdoor sitting area.

* **Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor):** Queen bed, en suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV.

* **Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor):** Queen bed with an en suite bathroom, plus an adjoining room with a twin bed and a play/gaming area complete with a game console.

* **Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor):** Features full-sized bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, perfect for kids or extra guests.

* **Bedroom 5 (2nd Floor):** King bed with an en suite bathroom. An adjoining room includes a twin bed, a crib, a changing table, and a play area with toys. For your peace of mind, a baby monitor and baby safety gates are also available.

Unwind with our record player for a touch of vinyl nostalgia or, if work calls, utilize the dedicated workspace.

You will have private access to the entire home, the wrap-around porch, and the fenced-in yard. We also provide beach essentials to make your trip to the shore as easy as possible.

Located at 1 Live Oak Drive, this home is perfectly situated for water lovers. You are just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Isle of Palms Marina, where you can rent a boat, book a fishing charter, or explore the island's waterways. Enjoy fantastic dining options at the marina or at nearby restaurants in the heart of the island.



For family fun, the public recreation park with a playground and tennis courts is also close by. For a dose of history and culture, historic Charleston is just a 12-mile drive away, offering endless world-class dining and cultural experiences.

The beach and marina are easily accessible on foot. For exploring the island, a golf cart is available for rent; please inquire for pricing and availability. The drive to historic Charleston is approximately 25 minutes.

The Neighborhood:

Isle of Palms is located Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway just 12 miles from historic Charleston & features a beautiful beach, championship golf & tennis, a marina, and endless recreational opportunities both on and off the water.

Enjoy the area by water at the Isle of Palms Marina just across the way where you can easily rent a boat and spend a day exploring the island's bays and waterways. Fishing charters are plentiful. The beach is a few blocks away. Dine out at the restaurant at the marina or any of the other wonderful spots a mile away at the center of the island.

The Isle of Palms has a wonderful public recreation park on 28th Avenue with a playground and tennis courts, which are available for free on a first come, first available basis.
