Stayed Aug 30, 2025Our cottage was exactly as pictured and described. Our hostess left really good instructions and made sure we felt welcome with a personal note. The property location is absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, stores, and many shops; all within walking distance. It is a great hub for seeing the Moors, the Dales, and the Lake District. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024This was just perfect! The house was well stocked including the kitchen and the location could not have been better. It was so lovely just to walk through the church yard to the pub for dinner. I would highly recommend and we will def. be back!!

Stayed Sep 24, 2024Five friends and myself stayed at the house at the end of September for three nights. It was just perfect for us. It was in a great location, which meant we were able to walk into Helmsley and enjoy some fabulous meals in the lovely restaurants. Can definitely recommend Coopers restaurant. The house was clean,, comfortable and had everything we could wish for during our stay. Communication with Amanda was good, too .Can most definitely recommend.
