This is a very cute and well appointed rental in a great location! Close to restaurants, shopping and a 20 min drive to Manasota Key Beach. Central location for Venice Beach or Punta Gorda! Home is clean and in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking. Privacy fence and backyard, large lanai. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath, comfortable with all of the luxuries of home!

This home is very well furnished , very clean, modern, all you need is there, perfect location. We were so glad to be able to use this beautiful home. There is only one BIG issue with this home: We couldn't use outside area as there is no net, a lot of mosquitos, flies .......... I hope the owner would consider to install a net.

Nice home in quiet area.

House was new and clean. Definitely the nicest house on street, neighborhood is a little suspect. We didn’t have any issues and the house served my son and I well for our trip. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the lawn service company mowed and weed eated the yard at 7am Thursday AM. No sleeping in that day lol

Lovely renovated ranch home with very tasteful decor and extremely nice leather living room furniture. We found that the home was extremely quiet and welcoming. The master suite with walk in shower was lovely and the bed has very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. Overall, we would go back when we visit the area again. What suggestions would I have for the property owners? 1) Laundry in Garage. The GFCI circuit that supplies power to the washer kept tripping. Not a big deal for me as I’m a longtime homeowner and knew how to troubleshoot. I would be concerned since it tripped three or four times what the underlying root cause might be. 2) Information about the features of the house like Wi-Fi and TV were kluge. Once I figured out it was all on the website…I got things figured out. The Wi-Fi QR code worked well once I figured it out. For more “seasoned” guests it may be a little too complex. How about a welcome book/binder that spells it all out in black and white? Again, all really nice and a great value and loved our experience.

The listing was accurate with accommodations and pictures. No key was provided but we could go in and out of the garage. Was a great option for our weekend vacation!
